known Ian Bell, from the Shanghai office, for nearly 20 years. He is honest, open and easy to deal with. For someone like myself, who is not money minded, Ian provides clear information and helpful advice that has proved valuable over the years. I would recommend Ian to anyone in Shanghai looking for financial advice and support. I left 9 years ago but still use Ian because he is so good at what he does.

Had an issue with the main payment method.
Representative (broker agent) is quite fast to react though.
A hotline and responses to the email clients send directly on the contact email listed on the website would help.
The platform functionalities are lacking a little too.

Our website does list all the contact numbers for each office as well as our customer service email address, which is monitored on a daily basis. In addition, your appointed adviser is available via mobile phone, WhatsApp or email.
If you could let us know which functionalities you feel are lacking on the platform, we will be happy to pass this onto our IT department as suggestions for future improvements.

Bluestar AMG Shanghai / Ian Bell
I am working with Ian Bell in Shanghai. I find him to be knowledgeable, attentive and proactive in his management of my investments. We hold regular reviews to understand the markets, adjust portfolios and ensure they continue to meet my family needs. This is incredibly helpful as I need to know I have someone I can trust looking after my investments, as this is not something I generally spend much time on.
