Great website, easy communication and a pleasure to work with.

Our old website was pretty, but it was static and I was not able easily to change images or text.
Hundreds of web designers contacted me to tell me our website was weak!
Blue Whale stuck out above the crowd offering re-builds. I don't know why I responded to their pitch, I had resisted hundreds of others, knowing my website was un-loved and needed resuscitation.
Cradocs is a busy little company and Blue Whale accommodated my approach (Christmas got in the way), the new shop and showcase was on the back burner for a while.
We delivered the website with the minimum of fuss - they were quick and responsive, once I got going answering their requests.
I could not be happier with the result- especially as I could have paid so much more and not been so happy. I have a functional shop and a contemporary showcase for new products. I give them my full recommendation.

My first website and to be honest i was not sure how it was going to turn out. I left most of it to the Blue Whale Media to do hoping they would come up with something that i was happy with. It was not all plain sailing it must be said but i now have a site im very happy with and that is down to all those at Blue Whale Media.

I agree with the last review. I judge a man by his word, Gary never kept his word once, promises of calling back, excuses of hospital appointments etc. Website took 6 months!!!! spelling mistakes galore, very unprofessional. Check their own reviews, they don't have many but in my opinion they are their own friends, some of them have the same surname, so must even be family members. They talked me into getting this website and promised they would do all the work. They constantly contacted me sending me forms to fill in, absolute joke. Every time i complained i got the same response,. 'I don't understand, there must be a mis-communication'..Yes there is, the mis-communication is that you are not listening to your customer when they are telling you that they are dissattisfied with your extrememly slow work. I have not even used the website and have since deleted it. What a complete waste of money.

Blue Whale Media Warrington, Don't make the same mistake we did, This company is a ripoff, unprofessional, deceitful. We have had nothing but problems with the website work they have done, we were cheated and paid for work we didn't receive and after all the headache dealing with Gary Sweeney and his wife Stepanie Andrews It isn't worth the trouble. If I had seen the Blue Whale Media reviews beforehand I would have most definitely stayed away, It's not just me they have done it too but a load of people looking for website development work
