They do not supply the items the advertise they supply an entirely different product from a different supplier. they supply the wrong quantity. the boxes arrive damaged and opened. Trying to get a refund is virtually impossible

What they sell can be purchased at 3 or 4 times cheaper, if you really want rubbish. Even their email, supposedly to use for returns, doesn't work (possibly doesn't even exist). AVOID

I very nearly brought one of this firm's heaters after reading an article on it in the Daily Mail. I had selected the two button package and was about to go through the purchase process when I suddenly thought I should check whether this company really exists or could I be in the process of being scammed. Better safe than sorry.

And so I turned to Trust Pilot and was shocked to see the number of negative reviews for BLUMEHEAT. How lucky am I to have had that sudden thought. Needless to say I will not now be purchasing one of this company's heaters.

So I give my very, very grateful thanks to Trust Pilot for the service they provide and to the reviewers who have saved me a minimum of £89.70 before any extras like delivery charges. I am an 83 year old pensioner who was looking to save money not have it stolen by a scam. Daily Mail should be ashamed for allowing their paper to carry an advertisement which looks as though it is endorsed by them.

I want to reinforce the concerns raised in the negative reviews about this BLUMHEAT product. In my view, it is nothing short of a scam. Consumers should avoid it entirely, as it does not perform anywhere near the standard portrayed in its glossy, highly misleading advertisements.
I unfortunately learned this the hard way. I purchased what appears to be the exact same device just over a year ago, although at that time I believe it was being sold under a different brand name. After discovering how poor the product was, I wrote a detailed review on Trustpilot warning others not to waste their money.
The reality is simple:
• The unit barely warms the air directly in front of it.
• The claim that it can heat an entire room in “60 seconds” is not just exaggerated, it is completely false, deceptive, and frankly an outright lie.
This type of advertising preys on people who are trying to manage rising energy costs, especially here in the UK where our household energy bills are among the highest in the world. Companies like this exploit that vulnerability with slick marketing and fabricated performance claims.
In my opinion, the Office of Fair Trading should investigate this operation for misleading consumers and taking money under false pretenses. The whole setup feels questionable, right down to the contact number on their website, which appears to be based in the United States raising further doubts about accountability and transparency.
In short: do not buy this product. It does not work as advertised, and consumers deserve far better than this kind of dishonest marketing, the product is not deserving of a one star rating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - A Scam. This company is a complete fake and save your money and head y NOT buying from them. I stupidly clicked on the social media link and ordered 1 heater at £32 by the time I went through paypal and checkout they charged me an additional £64. I disputed and emailed them within 3 minutes of receiving the confirmation email and they said sorry you cannot cancel as the shipping label was printed and item has been dispatched from their warehouse. 3 MINS!!!! That is ridiculous that they can charge you the extra and then refuse to cancel the order. I have reported this to AMEX who will be cancelling the transaction and putting a black mark against them so it is highlighted if other customers also want to buy this product. BE AWARE and do NOT Buy.

Don't get conned - these heaters perform in exactly the same way other convector heaters did 60 years ago. All virtually 100% efficient from an electricity consumption point of view. The difference here is there is no lead, as heater plugs directly into your power socket, and because of the small size the fan runs ultra fast (and more noisily).

Problem with these heaters so why is this company still being able to trade on line why haven't trading standards investigated this company before more people lose money but don't give up contact you card company I did and they got my money back thank you visa

I bought two of these and neither works.

The adverts claim to defy the laws of Physics;something for nothing?
Don't believe this ridiculous advert;

What a rip off, i bought a plug heater for £49.99. Then googled it and can see it can be bought £12.99 Dont buy from Blumeheat

Main reason for purchase was to use in my bathroom It shows it in a bathroom but when you read the enclosed leaflet it tells you not to use in bathrooms It also requires 3 feet of space around it,front rear and sides Also cannot use with an extension lead

I instantly thought it was strange how PayPal alerted me to a purchase as I was still browsing my options!! Ha
I instantly contacted them to say I wanted to cancel the order and in fairness to them my PayPal was refunded in 20 mins, hence the 3 star rating, for at least sorting it out quickly! It obviously looks like a massive avoid, but if you act quick it can be reversible. Good luck 🙏🏻

It is of course the yearly scam that comes round, suggesting a tiny electric heater can replace your central heating. Companies like this should just be banned from trading.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Heaters are a piece of shit if I was on $ 5 per hour with the time I`ve spent trying to get my money back I would be making a lose. They just go around and around till now they it`s been over their 30 day limit and they want to close it as they want be able to process the refund what load of crap this has been going on since June 2025

This site is disgusting. You are billed for items not purchased . Paid through pay pal. At no stage did a rundown of costs appear on the site or postage costs.
It seems as if there is a problem with the site so you go out only to find you have actually been billed! Unable to cancel order immediately as seller claims order already processed. Amazing in 5 minutes it is processed and dispatched.
Reported to PayPal after receiving goods but no guarantee I would get a refund from company . Costs to return goods and only refund on receipt of goods left too many red flags so accepted 50% voucher from PayPal. Any refund is better than none but has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Insisted PayPal investigate this site as site not following normal payment pattern of authorisation of payment

Don’t be sucked in by Blumeheat advertising. The heater does not perform at all as claimed. It hardly heats up. Blumeheat is dodgy to deal with and one feels like being scammed. Return for refund is a pain, difficult and time consuming. Blumeheat would offer first 25%, then 50%, then 75% discount to avoid full refund. Beware.

If possible I would give this company 0 stars as they should be closed down but somehow they are still allowed to operate. I purchased 3 heaters which arrived with adaptors to change the plug to the Australian plug to fit the power outlets. However the supplied plugs are absolutely useless as the plug does not fit properly and falls out of the wall making it extremely dangerous. To get a refund is impossible as they initially give you the run around and then ignore you. We thought we were buying from an Australian supplier but that is not the case. I would strongly suggest that any prospective buyers consider themselves warned - DO NOT BUY THESE HEATERS!

Dreadful. Complete scam. Tried to cancel my order when they put numerous items in my cart that I hadn't ordered. Tried to get a refund, they said it had been refunded but I never received it weeks later. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Absolute waste of time and money-don't fall for their false advertising or customer service claims.
There are no positives for the product or customer service.
Disgusted that this can be sold in Australia and they can get away with ripping people off.
