Dreadful. Complete scam. Tried to cancel my order when they put numerous items in my cart that I hadn't ordered. Tried to get a refund, they said it had been refunded but I never received it weeks later. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Absolute waste of time and money-don't fall for their false advertising or customer service claims.
There are no positives for the product or customer service.
Disgusted that this can be sold in Australia and they can get away with ripping people off.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH, it may heat a shoe box but nothing else. TV ad is misleading and dishonest. I thought I was buying from an Australian supplier, but they came from China and took ages to get delivered. Don't waste your money

I purchased 3 heaters. They arrived with an adapter to change the plug to Australian to fit our power outlets. That’s when the problem started the setup with the supplied plugs is useless as the plug will not fit properly and falls out of the wall very dangerous. I bought 4, one came with distorted pins, one was damaged, the other two were just useless, only feel a little warm air standing 1 M away after running for 30 Min. when I complained they keep coming back saying "your previous inquiry is closed, start again"

Absolutely scammers, they would sell heaters advertised on AliExpress for fraction of their cost. Fake Ads claiming Australian Scientists invented the heaters, Rubbish misleading Ads. Don't Buy from them. Their return Policy does not work. You will lose your money. Avoid by All means. PayPal wont help if you got in trouble with them. Cheap products, misleading Ads, What a Joke product.

The unit comes with a australia/ European adapter and the unit is top heavy and pulls out of the socket this is dangerous for something that is hot the unit in its own right is very poor and doesn't seem to heat very well

Omg they would have to be falsely advertised and make the most fake claims ever, wish I had not been tucked into buying them.
They would not even heat a dogs kennel even if left on all day like one other customer already quoted
I would love to get a refund but judging by what others have said, it looks difficult and frustrating just to do that.

Blumeheat you are scam. I am not how they are allowed to advertise that freely on Australian Main TV. They are scammers. I saw ad on tv, visited websit, had this item in cart. Was checking its review. 5 minutes later received notification that money was deducted from account. The payment went through SHOP pay in stantly. I ocntacted shop pay, blumeheat, no reply ever. I kept emailing as no contact number to Blumeheat to cancel the product. No reply ever. Money watsed. I have reported them to bank and AU ombudsman.

The item is dangerous BEWARE!!

I saw the ad on YouTube and ordered 3 heaters. I plugged one into a very small room and after a good hour could barely notice any difference. The fan is very low powered and struggles to push any heat out. I put my hand in front of it and couldn’t really feel any heat coming from it.

I plugged a second heater into another room wondering if the first heater might have been defective. After a few minutes there was a loud explosion, the noise was similar to a gunshot and quite terrifying. All of the power in the house went off except for the lights. Fortunately the house circuit breaker had tripped. There was a strong burning smell from the remnants of the heater.

I emailed BlumeHeat and told them what had happened and requested a refund. They replied that their policy was only to refund only if the packages had not been opened and certainly not if the item/s were damaged.

The long and short of it was, they offered me a 25% refund of what I had paid as they were doing me a favour in helping me to avoid the inconvenience of packaging and paying for the return shipment of any unopened and undamaged heaters.

I couldn’t be bothered returning the remaining heater and decided to try it out. It worked without exploding but was exactly like the first one. Very little power, I had it running for over an hour in a very small room and it did nothing to warm the room. It was a cold day and the room after a couple of hours was equally as cold.

The LED’s on the heaters are very faint so it’s almost impossible to see what they say. The off/on button worked to turn the heaters on but didn’t work to turn them off.

I looked at their website and read a massive amount of positive reviews and I have to say that I personally suspect they are writing their own fake positive reviews as my experience with 3 heaters, reading the reviews on Trustpilot and also numerous posts on a Facebook group’Scam Alerts Australia’ all corroborate each other’s negative experiences with the company and these heaters.

A major concern is of course that one of the heaters exploded. I explained to them my concern about the products safety but this issue was not addressed in any manner by the company. They were simply concerned with hanging on to as much of the money as possible and in my opinion acted with total culpable indifference to any danger associated with the product they are selling.

I hope this review helps anyone considering buying this product or dealing with this business.

The customer service is extremely poor. Stay away from this company, they are untrustworthy, lack of communication and fake promises

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and support from your company. Despite your advertised service standards, my experience has shown a complete disregard for customer care.

I purchased six units for use in Australia, and all of them arrived with European plugs and a poor-quality Australian adapter, making the units unstable. However, the bigger issue is that two of the six units are faulty:

One unit does not power on with lights at all (no lights).
The other has a damaged plug that was pushed into the unit.
This means 2 out of 6 units are defective, which is unacceptable.

I have attempted to contact your support team, but I have received no response. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of your 30-day money-back guarantee, which now feels like a tactic to encourage purchases without honoring after-sales service.

While I am not seeking to return all six units, I do expect immediate replacements for the two faulty ones. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I only intended to purchase one unit, but due to a technical issue with the website, the checkout process froze and bypassed the confirmation screen. I was neither presented with a final review of the order nor asked for a shipping address. Upon checking my PayPal account, I found that I had been charged for multiple heaters—items I did not knowingly authorise or agree to purchase.
I immediately contacted the seller, requesting the cancellation of the order and a full refund. Despite my prompt communication, the seller responded the next day, claiming the items had already shipped. Sixteen days later, I received the products mailed from NSW, prompted by PayPal communication.
Furthermore, the heaters I received are ineffective and appear to be falsely advertised. I conducted a simple temperature test in a 15.2°C room with the unit on high for one hour; the temperature only rose to 16.2°C, indicating the product does not perform to reasonable expectations.
All I can do now is warn people PLEASE do not to fall for advertisements that seems too good to be true.

This appliance shouldn't even be called a heater, it wouldn't heat a dog's kennel if you left it on all day.
Wish I had read Trustpilot before reading all their lies.

This is a complete scam. This was marketed under Ozzie Mozzie some months ago and we are still getting direct debit payments in our account ( from a US company ) and had to change cards to cancel the payments. The product was non Complient in Australia.

It's a joke it is practically useless if your room is not a box. It doesn't heat up like minutes they say it does. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.

I ordered 3 heaters got charged for 5 heaters asked for a proper invoice never got it got charged $187.47 then $10.95 shipping and handling $79.98 5 remotes for the 3 heaters orders why 5 remotes for 3 heaters?? asked for refund still waiting not good for a pensioner is it. total drawn out of my visa $302.20 I got a phone call from my credit union claiming there was a fraud they closed my visa after BlumeHeat got paid.

This product is useless, do not go near the company. The heaters arrived with Australian adaptors however the adaptor does not support the weight of the heater therefore heater falls out of the PowerPoint. Only option is to prop heater up with something to support the weight. This product does not warm a small room as advertised. I have emailed them twice to return product with no response. I am going to take legal action and report this company to the consumer watch dog.

I feel very lucky, threatend legal action got my money back. Units had not been shipped.
