Classic umbrella
Classic umbrella looks great, however it arrived with a broken tip. Took 2 days to respond to email enquiry and offer to send replacement parts. Been waiting over two weeks for replacement part to arrive. Given it was a new purchase I think at the very least they could have sent the replacement parts express post.

I got the sports umbrella ☔️ for the winter netball season! Love the carry handle as I’m usually carrying loads of gear/chairs etc to the court side! Love the strong and sturdy construction. Also love that the points don’t drip on my neighboring spectators. Use as sun shade on those hot days too!

Superior umbrella!
I've owned a Blunt umbrella for the past 4 years. Amazing! No other umbrella brand compares! I recently purchased another umbrella as a gift for my Dad. He loves it!

I received the wrong colour umbrella
I received the wrong colour umbrella. I emailed right away and still haven’t heard back this has been over 7days with no reply. I love the product and want to be able to use it.

Communication after receiving order was…
Communication after receiving order was a bit lacking but it did say orders were taking a bit longer to process. Anyway after a few days i received notification it was posted and delivery was very quick. Umbrella seems good/strong etc but proof will take time.
