Forced to pay twice shipping fee because item I have ordered was to small despite me strictly following sizing chart and still ordering one size up..

Great experience with Ozsale. Excellent quality and style, Italian brand and made in Italy sneakers purchased along with retro style Polish and made in Poland sneakers. Impressive quality and taste for less than a half of the retail price. Minor shipping delay due to error in size, rectified quickly. Fast and responsive online communication.

I brought Calvin Klein men’s boxes and they came today size extra large and I brought two boxes of medium and I got extra large in both of them so I’m not too happy Joy

I placed an order with Ozsale on 13 June 2026 for approximately $320 #1306. A shipping label was created via Australia Post on 18 June, but the parcel has not moved since - it's been sitting with no tracking updates for over three weeks.
I have tried multiple times to reach Ozsale's customer service and have not been able to get any response. There is no working phone contact, and messages through the website go unanswered. For an order of this value, this level of silence is unacceptable.
I would like either an update on where my order actually is, or a full refund. Based on other reviews here, I understand this is a common experience with Ozsale - if I don't get a resolution soon, I'll be escalating this through my bank and the ACCC.

I have unused gift card of worth $100. valid until end of this year 2026. How do I claim refund.

My last order with them had one item missing.I have contacted them but no reply. They are closing down and I am worried that I will not get a refund or the item. Its frustrating that you cannot speak to an actual person.

I ordered a product ($154.00) and never received it. When I contacted OZSALE, they said I would have to contact the manufacturer directly but never received a response.

I placed an order#38903663 on Nov 23, it has been over a month, I haven’t received the whole order but no communication or refund. I contacted the company via Contact Us section on Dec 16 but I still haven’t heard back from them about the refund. Apart from that, I’m still waiting the refund of the missing items from different order. I really like OzSale but the customer service lately is going downhill. I’m thinking I may need to report to ACCC about my orders.

Still waiting on a $400 order from 1st December 2025
Have been sent emails saying products have been despatched but have only received one item from quite a large order. No tracking number has been provided and have contacted them via email 3 times to which they haven’t responded. Realise it’s a busy time of the year but no response is just not good enough. Christmas presents are amongst the order.
This company has no contact phone number all done via email.

Don't give this site your money. The goods never arrive as the site has gone bankrupt and is closing.

Last experience was very bad. Have ised numerous times over the years.
My wife wrote to them and they never replied.
The right shoe hurts when laced up.
She has not been able to wear these shoes.
As long as they do not provide customer service to customers, we will not buy from OzSale.

Poor delivery , My wife didn't like it .

I’ve actually used OzSale for years and until now have not had a bad experience. Necklace ordered for my daughter's birthday. Description said 1-2 business days for dispatch, so although a bit tight (birthday 15), when I got an email Tuesday (11) saying dispatched and the app says that too, I was hopeful. Aus Post Tracking, however, just said pending for days. I'm now being told it hasn't been sent. Why the email, tracking number, and app saying otherwise? Customer Service refuses to answer questions, keeps just saying can refund. I don't want a refund; I want the necklace and an explanation.

Order then unilaterally cancelled by company as the “resolution” despite me saying multiple times that I wanted the order. That’s not a resolution ! Completely unacceptable. Will not use company again. Have given them another review on local site & when I have the time I will raise with local Fair Trading Dept. As a lawyer in the consumer product field I feel very strongly about misleading statements & terrible customer service

First time Oz sale buyer
Only found ozsale the other week the app is a bit tricky to use at first but beoynd That the rest was easy.
I got exactly what I ordered it actually arrived in a timely manner which when you live rural you definitely give a company points for good delivery times.
Everything was packed neatly in the parcel and clothing was clearly marked for what sizes they were.
Pity I didn't know about ozsale before.
Hearing they are closing up shop in late January is actually upsetting.
But I hope to get on one or two more orders before they do.

the Estimated Delivery for my order,keep changing- this is not ok,, my order was original supposed to arrive on november 3 and was changed to november 5 later this week and when i checked the status of my order today its says "07 Nov
Your order will be handed over to our logistics partner." date is 07 which change from 06, 05 and 03- as the flipping days past the date also changes i am never shopping on this website again

I have been using OZSALE for years. Thousands and thousands of dollars in around 50 orders over maybe a decade. I even won a $1000 competition, I was that good a customer.

But now they are completely untrustworthy. They used to honour returns properly. But now they leave it entirely up to their “sellers” which means the seller can just refuse your return, even though you fully complied with the OZSALE return policy. OZSALE does nothing. So their return policy is now useless. Which means they’re now a useless business.

DO NOT TRUST OZSALE ANYMORE.

Terrible products and customer service.
I bought several items, and they barely lasted two or three months before falling apart. One pair of underwear even arrived with a security tag still attached, and despite sending multiple emails, I never received a response or any help from the company.

I was sent the wrong items, i have contacted them twice and heard nothing back. Do not recommend.

Not recommended at all , Very disappointed, have been using this app for a while , but had a very bad experience with returning an item . Had to wait for long time to hear back from them as they had do deal with the issues with the companies they have sales on , they can’t make their own decisions or they can’t think about their own customers side .
I just waisted my money with trusting ozsale , they used to be nice as well as very big before, was always fair with the customers, but now nothing like before . Poor customer care .

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Only one pair were suitable, the other 2 were too big/wide/roomy. Unwearable. Returned as per instructions almost immediately. Was only able to get store credit for the full amount. NO ACTUAL REFUND. IMO it's not "change of mind" if shoes don't fit. Buyer beware...Don't purchase unless you are sure of sizing. I will not purchase again.
