Wish i could give zero stars
Wish i could give zero stars! All these reviews must be fake because what a terribly made dress! Sewing not lined up. Zip doesnt work properly. Bumps in the back where the dress has been made in a rush. The material is so cheap and horrible.Than to be told the return costs between £20-£30 as it NEEDS to be recorded delivery but then i wont get the refund UNLESS the company agrees the dress is terribly made which they wont as they wont want to return any money! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

The company you are referring to is BlushLane.co that are based in the Netherlands and ship from China. this company has no connection to Blush Lane Boutique, we are www.blushlaneboutique.co.uk we are a small independent business based in Essex and incorrect reviews like this can cause real harm to our reputation and customer trust. If you look at my website it will show you that you have not ordered from myself and I do not sell the dress you are referring too, I can also confirm that you have made no communication to my business in relation to returning any items. We also have a public notice on our website and social media advising we have no affiliation to blushlane.co. Can you please respond to trustpilot.
