Very Pleased
I’m really pleased with the service and quality of the product. I bought a cardigan which is beautiful. The only downside was that I couldn’t see the slits at the cuffs, only that there were small buttons there (by zooming in). It’s a design feature, so not a flaw but it would have been nice to see them on the photos somehow. I do love the cardigan overall though, so I would recommend Second Cashmere and I will definitely purchase again.

Great all round experience with Second Cashmere. Excellent quality garment for a very good price. The delivery service was quick and efficient via Royal Mail. 100 percent perfect experience! Gorgeous sweater in top condition received in exceptionally careful and thoughtful packaging. Seller was communicative, helpful, friendly and committed to this being a positive experience for me. Prices so competitive, too. I love the informative website. Excellent Service
Friendly, efficient service with excellent communication throughout the process. I’m delighted with the repairs to my cashmere hoodie. The elbow patches blend in beautifully and have given my garment a new lease of life.

Eventually got through customs
Eventually got through customs. Delay into Ireland. Second hand cashmere, lovely sweaters when arrived, would have thought value is ephemeral. And enormous customs tax.

The product arrived relatively promptly and the packaging appeared lovely with dried flowers included. It was also really soft, comfortable and also obviously well cared for. Overall, everything was great.

Fantastic customer service and communication. Affordable luxury reducing textile waste.
Only slight down side is that garments pictures on hangers look different when worn on a person.
