I received terrible service from Mcars in Libertów for a new car that I purchased there. It is a Hybrid X5 and at delivery they “forgot” to charge it. A year later I had an appointment to replace a cracked windshield at 9 am. Eventually after I complained and asked to see the GM ( who was too busy) they accepted my car at 11.30. I wrote to the GM and told him how disappointed I was with the service. He gave me a contact person for future appointments. Three weeks ago I asked my contact for an appointment. But no response from him. I wrote to the GM who confirmed that my contact no longer works there! I asked the GM to make my appointment to have my winter wheels put on and to get them ready. Well I arrived15 minutes ahead of time and 1.15 hours later my car had not been touched. I asked to see the GM. One hour later I was told that the GM was busy in a meeting!!!! You know the French have a saying….. the fish stinks from the head. If the GM is too busy to meet with someone who has spent a small fortune at his dealership…. Then you can understand that the other employees don’t give a damn either. To be fair. The employees were very busy replacing a small Christmas tree with a bigger one .. and they did offer me a free BMW wall calendar. Needless to say I declined this generous offer. 😂

I was gravely disappointed 4 out of 5 times I stepped into this place
1. Booked a test drive: Was told car is not available and have to wait 2 hours (returned home without a test drive)
2. Booked a Door2Door service for my 2015 BMW: Service called and said they will provide a replacement car if I can visit the workshop, instead someone dropped me home. The next day after servicing the car I was told to collect the car myself as there is no one available to deliver the car.
3. Took delivery of my new BMW 2019, the only time I was happy to be there. The sales-person Adam did a really good job, and I was treated really well.
4. The left side mirror malfunctioned, I took an appointment and went to the workshop, waited one hour, was told the part is not available so have to revisit, requested car wash, and was told it can take 2 hours so I returned home without anything
5. Visited weeks later when the part was available, was told within 2 hours car will be fixed, washed, and returned to me. However, took 3 and a half hour to fix the side mirror, car returned without washing, not disinfected even though there is a risk of coronavirus. The excuse was that car wash can take another hour or so, and they don't want me to wait longer.

BMW makes great cars and its a delight to drive them, but this poor quality service makes me regret choosing BMW.
