I don’t like how you have to give a fee to take your advice and it’s to high then you have to leave a tip it’s not right. I don’t like it

Great app just wish they had a physical debit card

B9 continuously begs you to have your direct deposit changed to them once you open an account. They say you can get up to $1000 advanced with each passing paycheck. When you finally try it, everything becomes a nightmare. Every week my paycheck mysteriously becomes disconnected, and guess what? Yep, gotta start all over again. They had said with how much that was being deposited, by the 3rd paycheck, I'd see the largest jump to more than $250. Been with them for 2 months now. Still not at $250.
They also charge $5 fee for every time you transfer money to another acct. I habe received a smorgasbord of those fees because B9 declines half my attempts at using my card for bills.
You also cannot connect your B9 to very many other accounts, because no one recognizes them. The only perk I have seen is getting my paycheck a day earlier than any other bank that I have been with. That is all.
Also, their customer service is terrible.

B9 closed my account without my permission. I emailed support, and they said that I have never had an account, and I wasn't eligible for one. Mind you, I have logged in on the app before and used it, trying to get a cash advance. How have I never had an account when I have literally used their app before? The support person named Edgar, is extremely rude. He asked me for my full social security number, which sounded very suspicious to me. He said it was to see if I had an account. I said, my email should be enough for you to know this. He replied back rude like and said, account declined, never opened, have a great day. So professional. I would not even try to make an account with this company, I am pretty sure they are stealing peoples information. Be careful.

I love this bank especially the customer service and the fact they don't take no foolishness when it comes to how things are being handled when it comes to security.

Great bank. Quick deposits and the customer service and amenities are superb. Application is easy to use. Payments are a snap.

The cash advance comes in handy when you need it. Really good bank to use.
