Worst customer service
Worst customer service, can’t even talk to anyone . They supposedly sent out my card 3 times but never got it and then asked me to activate the card before I order a new one? What? I didn’t want to activate a card I never got do someone can use. Horrible customer service DO NOT DO IT

To clarify, a card cannot be used without proper activation and verification, but we agree this situation should have been handled more clearly and with better support.
We’d really like to look into what happened with the previous shipments and make sure you receive your card without further issues. Submitted a funds transfer from my B9…
Submitted a funds transfer from my B9 account and paid the fee for an instant transfer that never hit my account. I did not receive any assistance with the transfer by customer service. Ignored by support when attempting to rectify the situation. The worst banking I have encountered.

Instant transfers are typically completed within minutes, but in some cases they can be delayed or declined by the receiving bank, even after a fee is applied. When that happens, the funds are usually returned to your B9 account.
That said, you should not have felt ignored when reaching out for help. We take this feedback seriously and would like to review your case to make sure everything is resolved properly. Please reach out to us directly so we can investigate the transfer and provide a clear update.

Been with b9 about 4 months now and…
Been with b9 about 4 months now and more disappointments then satisfaction… if ur a few bucks short of $300 deposit they won’t negotiate an advance the fees are absurd to transfer to other cards.. if ur check is more than 14 days late even by a few hours they decrease advance limits… robbery

That said, we’ve recently made an update — the minimum deposit requirement for advance eligibility is now $100, to provide more flexibility. We appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve both the product and the experience.

I've been trying to order a card since…
I've been trying to order a card since I opened my account in November. I've never received one. I've called back in to order another one three other times, and STILL have not received one. I've also had the monthly fee charged twice a month on two occasions.
