Completely worthless
Very poor customer service, had a temp hold on my account for a full mth, got a different excuse every time I contacted them, agents take hours to respond..! would not recommend this banking app to anyone..very poor quality, and very disorganized..!

Don't Use at Target
This account works really well, right up until it duplicates transactions, and customer service waves off the fact that the original transaction cleared and their system generates a hold for the exact same amount the following day, then they tell you it can take up to 30 days to release it.

Exhausting financial app
B9 is somewhat shady in their disclosure of things like them auto deducting very very shortly fpr half of the loaned amount which if you are needing a loan im sure being shorted half of it at like day 6 of having it and it takes 4 days to process unless u pay for express [which their prices for fees are ridiculous considering the 20$ your have to pay to get the best out of this service or 10 if you want to pay way more than the other 10 your better off just paying in added fees... I thinknthis app is awful and I plan to cancel this coming month.

I don't like the fees for immediate transfers but the advance limits and availability make it worth it. Never had any issues with money being safe. Been using for my direct deposit for around 6 months. They are very trustworthy app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!
DO NOT USE THIS APP!! MY MONEY WAS TAKEN AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DELETED! had an unauthorized transaction it seemed as if i was hacked for my debit card info on a crypto exchange app....requested help, filled and sent in the dispute form....asked for updates this morning....then I try to log back in hours later and im blocked!!! emails on account closure...but why?? no answers yet
