Don't do business with this people high…
Don't do business with this people high fees, to send money to an external account like in my case bank of America November 1, 2025 they charged me $17.92 fee, they lie to customer a premium plan cost $19.99 they promised you that after 3 months you will have access to $1000.00 dollars that's not true either I have direct deposit for 7 months and the most they have giving access is $260.00 they do it by increments of $15.00 or $20.00 by weekly. They charged $4.00 dollars per transaction.
Stay away from them.

B9 is a helpful app. It enables you to not only save money but also has a credit builder program. I have been with them for a couple months and I am very happy with all the services they provide. Highly recommended

Better than expected. I’ve stayed for over a year
I was skeptical when I first saw B9. It’s not as flashy as other apps with their design and advertising. But it’s a solid, reliable banking app that will spot you with a cash advance when you need it.
I think it’s a great option for people that need access to their wages quickly.

That they are good with giving an…
That they are good with giving an advance right after you pay the last balance. Something that I would think would make it better is if between payday at least give another small advance even if it's just $40 so that can make it between payday so that their isn't a long stretch till the next paycheck hits cause I'm always struggling to find extra money and end up waiting a whole week to get my paycheck.

You guys kind of suck you charge a ridiculous amount of fees to do anything with it and on the last time I got offered to do a review for five dollars I did the review you guys gave me the five dollars but as soon as I transferred the five dollars for my rewards into my account, you guys took the five dollars back and applied it towards the monthly fee that I had already paid. I would not recommend it using B9.
