The best tabletop gaming venue in the West Midlands Board In Brum is a tabletop gaming venue and retail store selling tabletop and board games. We have been open since the end of Apr 2018 and we are loving it. We stock Games Workshop, Fantasy Flight, Warlord, Battlefront, Vallejo, Army Painter, CMON, and many more. Plus we are always adding new items and ranges to our stock so it’s always worth checking back regularly. We also have 24 6’x4’ free-to-use gaming tables, complete with various eras of scenery so you are welcome to pop down anytime for a game. Denied entry - Political discrimination
I've previously been to BiB many times to play cards with no issues and had some good games there with people and I was part of their cards playing Whatsapp group where I've taken part in the game playing conversations. I recently had my cards collection stolen and I didnt think I'd be playing the game ever again as I didnt want to spend the 1000's of £'s on all the cards I'd lost. So I changed my Whatsapp desplay picture to something politically offensive because I thought, why bother hiding my politics anymore. Soon after, luckily I got my all cards back from someone who'd bought them off the person who'd stolen them. And I'd forgotten about the display picture I'd put on Whatsapp. So I turned up at the BiB shop and I was denied entry to play because of the politically offensive Whatsapp display picture I'd put on my own profile, which I think is pretty unreasonable. I completely understand that I'm not allowed to e in he Whatsapl group anymore but to deny me coming into the shop to play cards? Unreasonable and political discrimination.

Not only were the goods ordered of great quality and items that I haven’t seen for sale anywhere else, but they were dispatched delivered to us during a holiday period when the business was officially closed.

Cancelled my order with no communication
First time shopping with this retailer via their website. They cancelled and refunded my order with no other communication. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Really friendly and helpful.

Stock error but fantastic prices
Placed an order which was showing in stock on the website but when several days later the order hadn't arrived or been acknowledged I emailed and was told there was a delay as they were waiting for the stock to come in. I'll put it down to a website error as these things easily happen. On a plus note they were polite to deal with, item was well packaged and items were at the best price I could find online.
