Bob Evans Restaurants Avis 

I was delivered Bob Evans and my cappuccino tasted like dirt water my eggs were cold and tasted nasty the only thing that was halfway good was the hash browns and they were cold

I was so hungry this morning because I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast. Waited for my food for two hours and the waitress we had served everyone else except for us and we had to speak to the manager in order to get our food. All I wanted to do was eat and didn’t have the time to wait that long. Terrible service. Way to ruin a morning AND afternoon since we were here so long.

all went well until an hour later i had food poisoning… worst pain ive experienced in my life. this is DISGUSTING and the chefs clearly need to have a cleaner environment to work in so that nobody can experience what i did

We have been to bobs Evan in jackson michigan on e michigan ave and n west Ave 4 times each to both locations 1 time was it good. The other 7 times they messed up our order, wait time ridiculous, staff flirting with each other and not doing there jobs food portions omg kid size. One of my order crispy chicken sandwich all I wanted was cheese mayo lettuce tomato it came with pi kles onion mayo some kind of mustard, the frys that I ordered within cold and 11 ffs is what I got. Another order breakfast I order eggs over medium bacon extra crispy, French toast and white toast lite butter I got eggs cooked well.done no yolk, bacon was cold and rubbery not cooked long French toast was cold dried out toast had so much butter 3 napkins to try to clean some of butter off that's enough I won't bother with rest of orders. Staff management pay attention customers are y you are there.

The service was not good at all.. there was not enough servers.. the food wasn't good at all

I ate a breakfast meal at Bob Evans today. Huntersville location.
Only one server. Tonya.

They were out of grits, my 2nd time going and they were out of grits. I saddened.
She took my order and she was very busy taking care of all the Open tables.
I felt for her but overall she seemed to have handled it all.

More help needed Bob Evans. I hope Tonya got good tips. Thanks 👍🏼

if you are looking for a wonderful breakfast then go to Bob Evans . Bob Evans has amazing coffee and wonderful meals . I really love bob Evans so very much and I really love their green beans and ham , Mashed potatoes , hashbrowns , and even their delicious fruit . Iwill give Bob Evans 100 gold stars for being the best Restaurant . even Bob evans has wonderful meals for lunches too including their newest drink the Appleberry Splash , one word refreshing.

I bought this meal from Bob Evens off Bethal rd Columbus Ohio everything went well till after we prepared the meal cooked and warmed up everything per their instructions but it went bad after I ate the turkey and others had the ham after four hrs I got violently ill puking and diarrhea for three days after I basically crapped 154 dollars down the toilet we threw away the rest others guest got ill also would not recommend at all buy and eat at own risk but you have been warned no telling how long turkey was left out of refrigeration and how it was handled all I know is I will never order or eat from Bob Evens again!! A kind neighbor told me you can order Thanksgiving Dinner online from BOB EVANS, Venice, Florida.
What a great idea!

I went to their website and placed an order for 4. You check what you want, and the next question is, do you want it delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday? I checked Wednesday. The next question was what time: early, late, or ASAP. I checked ASAP, thinking we would be one of the first. It would give me time to heat it up.

We are the first! Our doorbell just rang, and the dinner was just delivered. It's November 12th, not November 23rd.

I called and said there was a misunderstanding. I explained I ordered the Thanksgiving Feast, and Thanksgiving isn't until the 24th. The woman who answered asked me to wait and she would get the manager. She returned and said the manager said we can't refund you. The manager couldn't even come to the phone. How rude? She could have come and said I am so sorry, but once delivered, we can't refund you. I said I had a few questions. Can it be frozen? She said you can freeze it all.

We froze what we could. The turkey was cold, but all the side dishes were piping hot. I will have to wait until they are cooled and in freezer dishes.

We cut the pie because the whipped cream would not freeze. The crust is horrible, and the whipped cream is fake. Very disappointed. Bob Evans used to have good food.

This will be our last meal eaten or delivered by Bob Evans. Horrible food and inexcusable customer service

We visited the location on American Drive last night about 7:00 PM. The server let us wait at least 20 minutes before she asked if we wanted something to drink. There was no tableware and napkins at the table - we had to ask. We eventually (another 10+ minutes) placed our order. Finally the food came - my wife's burger was fine but my chicken fingers were overdone and the green beans weren't hot.
We used to like this restaurant a lot but don't think we shall return,
The place has only 2-3 customers besides us when we were there.
The manager who used to be there made sure people were well taken care of. Not last night!!!!
If this place doesn't shape up with their servers and timeliness we might be reading about another restaurant closing. You can't live on the reputation you used to have if you don't try to keep up with good service and food.

Food is always good. Staff was helpful, but sometimes,people in higher positions are not sure what to do… So… Brad (assistant manager) at East Peoria location, if your employee is on the phone for a long time with a call in order…Take initiative and help that employee out by taking care of customers who are ready to pay. Obviously the employee was busy on the phone. There is another register “ 5feet away..In stead of having customers who are ready to pay and leave just look at you twiddling your thumbs… Hope this helps

Was there for breakfast today it was the worse breakfast we ever had. I order French toast and was cold as ice. Didn’t eat them. My husband had eggs hash browns and sausage. It was cold and
Toast was hard as a brick. Took forever to get r food and couldn’t get a
Refill on coffee til we flagged the waitress down. This was the second time we had this problem. And
What we paid was horrible for what we
Got.

Long wait to order and receive our food. Coffee was luke warm and instead of giving my husband a fresh cup, the waitress just filled the cup with more coffee. Finally after still getting less than hot coffee, we requested fresh coffee and it was hot. Our order was not complete when we received it and we had to wave down our waitress to bring us the missing food. Then, had to wait at least ten minutes to pay for our meals since no-one was at the front taking payment or seating people.

Ordered pickup from wadsworth location. Got pot roast and turkey. The food has changed over years and is now very disappointing. The pot roast has no flavor except salt and its slimy. The stuffing is now big cubes and again no flavor. My wife and I both worked for bob Evans about 28 years ago and used to love food and the restaurant environment. its all gone sadly downhill. Bob would be rolling over in his grave. It's very sad.

Me and my boyfriend love the deep dish chicken and noodles we get this all the time please I'm begging don't ever take this off the menu. I'll picket bob evans lol 😆 this stuff rocks! Thanks you

Staff is wonderful , options NOt satisfying! No GLUTON FREE PANCAKES! ??? Insane !

The service is usually friendly and prompt. However, I am disappointed that the vegetable soup was removed from your menu. It was a long-term staple and one of my favorites!

Also, the bathrooms need attention in terms of cleanliness.

The restaurant was pretty much empty. The employees were very nice, the food not so much. We used to eat at Bob Evans a lot. No more. The food was cold, the coffee was cold and there were no napkins on the table. They provided only exactly what we asked for. 4 little packs of sugar-free jelly, a tiny container of milk for the coffee, and cold toast. Nothing to make the meal enjoyable. The pepper mill was filthy and almost empty. No condiments on the table and not one extra napkin. The one napkin we each had was razor-thin and useless. All in all, a real waste of money. This is my third try at going back to Bob Evans after the pandemic. No more.

I stay at a hotel in Temple Terrace Fl next to a Bob Evan’s when in town for business and have for 10 years. I always order the same thing, Cranberry Pecan chicken salad; I even have it 2-3 nights. I used to love this! Tonight I have decided I will never order from Bob Evan’s again. That said it is now all processed chicken bites instead of roasted breasts, pecans are few and little chips instead of full or half pecans, lettuce dropping just not good. I am so sad but understand why they may going out of business the quality is. It there. After 10 years I am bummed!
