Stopped at Bob Evans had biscuits gravy 7$ two sausage Patty's 4$ coffee 3$ my server was good but the food was awful I hope B E will soon go out of business soon like others if customer doesn't want to come back u soon will be! It used to b a good place to eat! Qt of soup to go 8$ used to b 5$ this location Nicholasville kill just drive by next time I'm hungry

I would give no stars if I could. I got there a little after 3. Went to the Finneytown location in Cincinnati, OH. I will never go there again unless I order it to go. First it took longer than it should to get a table since it was not that many people there. I did get waited on soon after I got my table. Just ordered a salad and it took forever to get it. Then took a long time to get my check then no one to check me out. Waited a long time. I just left the money with the receipt on counter and gave a small tip. It was close to 4:30 before I got out of there with only a salad and hardly anyone there. They didn’t even care. Terrible customer service. Don’t know how they can stay in business. I have to say the one in Forest Park or Springdale is good. Service is great, even when very busy. I would give that location 4-5 stars.

When went into bobs at 8:20 and they told us they won’t sit us and they were being rude people. Also did not care about us being hungry I don’t like how they threat people

Awesome place for Breakfast and an occasional Turkey Dinner. The General Manager Petrona is the BEST. She does it all - manage staff, cook, hostess, clear tables and clean the bathrooms. Food is always prepared the way I ask for it, served hot and delicious. I love this place.

I bought a whole peanut butter pie and you couldn’t taste the peanut butter filling for the whipped cream that was 3 time thicker than the filling. Wasted $14.99

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Bob Evans, and it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the restaurant had serious issues with its service and food quality.

First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy, it took an excruciatingly long time for a server to acknowledge our presence and seat us. Once seated, it only got worse. Our orders were taken with an apathetic attitude, and the wait staff seemed disinterested in providing even basic customer service. We waited an unreasonably long time for our food to arrive, which only added to our frustration.

When our food finally did arrive, it was shockingly cold. It was as if it had been left sitting on a counter for an extended period before being brought to our table. The dishes lacked any freshness and were visibly unappetizing. The flavors were bland, and the textures were off. It was clear that the food had been rushed, resulting in an unsatisfactory dining experience.

Not only was the food cold and unappetizing, but it was also evident that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long.

Overall, my visit to Bob Evans was an incredibly disappointing one. The slow service, coupled with the fact that our food arrived cold and lacking in quality, left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value prompt service and food that is served fresh and at the appropriate temperature. Bob Evans has a lot of improvements to make in order to meet even the most basic expectations of its customers.

Our server Chad was beyond terrific. He went out of his way to make our experience fantastic. The food was phenomenal, and it was one of the cleanest restaurants I have been in.

Well we decided to go to Bob Evans for dinner and after we were seated we heard the manager talking loudly to one of the servers about that she wanted her to work on her day off and then Lucy said to the manager I’m sorry I can’t it’s my day off and I have plans! So then the manager was very abrupt with her and was more or less demanding that this server was going to work whether she wanted to or not !!! The manager said to the server ‘’will see’’ Everyone could her the manager… We just thought it was very rude of the manager of this Resturant on Washington road to be talking to this server the way she was in front of everyone ….by the way this server that she was talking to loudly , she is the best waitress they have!! she’s amazing people go to that Bob Evans because they love her… she treats her customers very nice , with respect and she’s one of the best waitresses or servers that we’ve ever had anywhere….also we felt bad to have to experience this situation …. Every time we eat there this waitress is always working

This restaurant is really going under. I will never enter into this Bob Evans again. The food was absolutely terrible. The women's restroom floor looked like the toilet was leaking and to find out they just cleaned the bathroom. There were big puddles of water around the toilet. Just doesn't seem that anyone takes pride in working and or customer service. Starts with management and down to your employees. Very sad to this establishment service deteriorate.

Service was slow but the food was worth it. the bathrooms were clean and everyone had a smile on their face.....

My wife and I recently stopped at the Summersville, WV location. I ordered the chicken and biscuits dish. I have eaten this meal before at other Bob Evans restautants. However the meal I received at this restaurant had only a couple of bite sized pieces of chicken in it. It was basically a biscuit and noodles meal. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 big salads. Both of the salads only filled HALF of the container, a small salad and a cup of chicken and noodles. The salad dressings for the salads were not enough to even cover the salads! I couldn’t even taste the salad dressing it was so scant. For $13.88 a salad there should be more dressing! Worst then that the cup of soup was in their VERY small containers and it was only 1/2 full. Maybe an inch and a half full. For $4.49!
We will reconsider our next carry out restaurant! Almost $50 for this! Terrible!

I ordered a family meal today that included carrots. They were rancid, just the most horrible thing ever. I'm not sure how you can spoil carrots but they managed to conquer it. The grilled chicken and salad, rolls, were perfect but the carrots should not be served. I hope they weren't serving dining room these or everyone would've been sending them back unless they've lost all sense of smell and taste.

Went over a year without eating at the Bob Evans in Piqua and should have never given them this last chance. Ordered breakfast to be delivered, received the order and part of it isn't there. Ordered Sausage gravy and biscuits along with another order for my daughter. Got the gravy, but no biscuits. Paid $7.49, called and they offered me a $2 discount. Wow, thanks, don't want the money back, I'll take it as a lesson learned. Waiting on my biscuits to come out of the oven so I can finally eat my Breakfast. It won't happen again, that's a promise. I was stupid for going back.

I was there yesterday, we waited 12 mins at table 53, no service no drinks 2 other couples came in and had there drink brought to them??? It's wasn't that busy lady's talking behind counter, we just got up and left, very upset server's should attend with drinks right away real sad because we like the food there. But we had to walk out.

I've ordered several dinner chicken meals from Bob Evans in Laurel Maryland, first 3 times I tipped on line when I ordered. This time I decided to tip on the inside when I picked up. The food was terrible when I got home, the portions were smaller, the apple pie was dried up, and basically old crumbled crust. Just a totally different experience, when you don't tip on line.

Shawn was the manager his restaurant was understaffed and he did not help at sll. So the poor server was covered up the meal took 25 minutes and it was cold. He got into with a customer and screamed at him and basically called him a liar and also ordered the customer to get out. Shawn was very unprofessional and lazy
Also I called guest services held 3 different times for a total of 44 minutes and left 3 messages and still have nOT heard from them
Bob Evans is a JOKE

The food is still good, however, the customer service is awful. A waitress seated us, and I understand they're busy with waiting tables, but regardless, whoever is seating people is supposed to be cheerful & welcoming. This waitress gave us a blank stare asking how many and said to follow her, barely even hearing her. She put our menus on the table & walked away. We then waited for someone to approach us for 10 minutes. That waitress was… okay. The waitress who took my money at the register was like the person who seated us: dull & seemed annoyed. I get that the public can be very difficult to deal with but when you work in customer service it's your job to provide excellent service to the customers you're serving & if you do it makes customers want to come back.
