Dear Aribo,
your order has been returned to our warehouse yesterday and we refunded you.
Royal Mail returned your order as your have not picked the parcel up from the depot after a card was left advising a delivery had been attempted.
We shipped timely (and for free) and Royal Mail has done nothing wrong either.
We lost about c £10 with you due to shipping and return charges. Please never visit our website again.

we are sorry that you feel this way. We do our best to help our customers and make them happy, and that's why your review is hurtful and unfair to our team. We always refund customers on the day we receive the returned items, provided the items qualify for a refund, which wasn't the case with your return.
You have returned a piece of lingerie that was unpacked and unsealed after delivery, and, according to our warehouse staff, was probably even worn (or tried on), and had hair on the material. This is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Our returns policy is also very clear on this. The returned item must therefore be disposed of.

Fleshjack strongly smelled of damp
Fleshjack strongly smelled of damp - and silicone had all become sticky after rinsing it with water and therefore unusable. After contacting customer services I was told this has never been reported before. Saying my complaint isn’t valid. Poor customer service!

Liars and cheats
Returned an unworn body (at my own cost) as it wasn’t as pictured, and looked cheap, they have emailed to say they won’t refund my £50 as it has been returned inside out and worn, which is 100% incorrect. Their returns policy isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as they just blatantly lie to get around it. Why would I send something back for a refund inside out?!?!? Terrible company and would suggest you avoid if you have any reason to return items to them - they won’t refund you!!!
