This company (Body Support Systems) is wonderful! I received my body cushion very soon after I ordered it and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it did not suit my purpose as I had hoped (to aid in making a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer more comfortable while side-lying). I contacted the company and was given permission to return the item with a full refund, shipping pre-paid. I wish it could have worked for us, but I will definitely be telling others (who are in the massage/therapy industries) that this is a great product.

I purchased this product for my daughter, a licensed massage therapist, certified in pre-natal and post-natal massage. She has reported on how much having these cushions to make house calls for her clients are critical for providing much-needed care. She shared the You-Tube tutorials with me and I found them to be very helpful in understanding how they work. Bravo for your product!

I purchased my Body Cushion System 26 years ago. I recently refreshed the outer covering vs getting a whole new system because the cushions themselves have held up perfectly. My last purchased was a new carry bag, It was a little pricey but I wanted the best to keep the cushions in good shape. It would have been nice to have had the shoulder strap too for the price. Customer services has always been friendly and helpful.

I love the support pillow. I am having hip replacement surgery and this will help with side sleeping. It helps now with lower back and hip pain.

I have used a Body Support System consistently for over 20 years in my massage practice. During shut down and evaluating reopening I chose to replace my old style face cradle, In the process I decided to replace the whole body support system. I also wanted to add on a few face cradle covers and attempted to call Body Support Systems to do that. Neither numerous phone calls or emails elicited a response. I received a generic email that my order was received and after a week the bosy support system arrived. If I had to do it again I would not order directly from Body Support but through Amazon, save the high shipping cost and have better customer service.

Looking forward to using this cushion set for my prenatal/postnatal clients. I wish it was a bit wider.
