Écrit par l'entreprise
We are an Australian owned company based in Sydney, that offers a unique range of products in the Health & Beauty, Anti-Aging, Skin Care, Hair Care and General Wellbeing sectors. We have been in operation since 2017 and have had the privilege of serving thousands of everyday Australians in their endeavours to live healthier & happier lives. Our team is consistently exploring the Australian, North American, European & Asian markets for products that in a general sense, can be difficult for Australians to obtain due to international shipping costs & import taxes. Our sole intent is to be able to offer our loyal Australian customers a safe space to shop at a trusted localised hub, where they can access genuine products at an affordable price, without having to wait an age for delivery. We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and dispatching orders within 24 hours of a purchase being made. We sincerely thank each & every one of our customers for their support & can't wait to welcome new customers to our online family!

My parcel did not arrive
My parcel did not arrive.
Australia post messafed with a delay on the 9th of April, and the parcel never showed up. Tracking does not show delivery.
If you can please investigate and resend my purchase, that will be appreciated.

Hi Sher, thanks for reaching out. We have looked into this matter for you and your parcel was actually burnt in a truck fire. Australia Post did not advise us of this, nor offer compensation and we did not know about this until you let us know. We have resent your parcel out of goodwill, as you did not purchase shipping insurance with your purchase.
We note you also sent us an email asking us to look into this for you, which is generally the correct protocol in getting to the bottom of an item not delivered! Trustpilot reviews are for customer feedback, rather than asking us to investigate the whereabouts of your parcel. We work very hard to maintain a high trust score, so receiving a 1-star in an instance like this really does sting :(
Great product
Great product - been taking these capsules for a week now and already less shedding of hair. My hair also feels as though it is stronger. Look forward to continued use.
