À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
We are an Australian owned company based in Sydney, that offers a unique range of products in the Health & Beauty, Anti-Aging, Skin Care, Hair Care and General Wellbeing sectors. We have been in operation since 2017 and have had the privilege of serving thousands of everyday Australians in their endeavours to live healthier & happier lives. Our team is consistently exploring the Australian, North American, European & Asian markets for products that in a general sense, can be difficult for Australians to obtain due to international shipping costs & import taxes. Our sole intent is to be able to offer our loyal Australian customers a safe space to shop at a trusted localised hub, where they can access genuine products at an affordable price, without having to wait an age for delivery. We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and dispatching orders within 24 hours of a purchase being made. We sincerely thank each & every one of our customers for their support & can't wait to welcome new customers to our online family!

Suggestions to consider
I think any product over $40 should have free shipping
Special offers should last longer as sometimes it’s difficult to order straight away

A total waste of money
A total waste of money. I have purchased two tubs of this cream and I have not seen even the slightest difference. This product does not deliver the results it promises.

Hi Karen! I can see this is your 4th order with us. I'm so pleased your first 3 experiences were positive! Sincere apologies about not receiving your most recent order. Once we dispatch an item with Australia Post, we aren't notified if a product has been received or not, as they do not offer this service. We only become aware of it once a customer lets us know and on this occasion, it looks as though your item might have been lost in transit. I do wish we were advised so that we could have rectified the matter much earlier :)
Super great.
Excellent web page with a thorough explanation of the highly credentialed products and a super fast response to my order. Can highly recommend.
