I recently had a Dexa scan at Bodyview in Southampton (Whiteley). I couldn't be more happy that I did it. The results are so worth knowing! As a result I've been able to tweak my nutrition and training to be more optimal for me, from a place of knowledge about my body composition. Cait was incredibly knowledgeable too, giving me a lot of extra insight in to the results afterwards. One very happy customer here

Sean did my DEXA scan for osteoporosis
Sean did my DEXA scan for osteoporosis. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the results available straight away. Able to discuss the results afterwards and sent electronically and also a printed document.
Would recommend this practice if you are looking for a DEXA scan.

Cait was excellent. Attentive, informative, kept checking if I had any questions throughout the initial assessment and results delivery. I felt very comfortable and after discussing my symptoms/reason for testing, she gave genuine concern and recommendations for my situation. Lilly took me through a Vo2 test. She was professional, courteous and friendly and gave me exactly the right level of encouragement to perform to my best for the test. Lilly explained the results and helped me understand how I could improve my performance. I will definitely be back to track my progress.

Excellent session to tweak my action plan
Very good session with Lilly and Cait at the new Bristol centre. I was coming back for my 6 month review after putting in action a plan recommended by Bodyview. Most of it worked so managed to maintain overall weight, lose 20% visceral fat and increase muscle mass by 10%.
On Cait and Lilly's advice I need to tweak my action plan so that I do more exercises focussing on the transverse abdominis (to get my waist size down) and upper body weightlifiting. Both Cait and Lilly were knowledgable and highly professional

Fantastic service at short notice. Results were very fast and explained comprehensively by Jenna under very difficult circumstances. I was not exactly an ideal patient as I could not relax, but Jenna was superb and I cannot recommend BodyView enough.

I recently had a DEXA scan at BodyView and found the entire process efficient and well organised.
The website provided clear information, and booking an appointment was straightforward. I also received helpful guidance ahead of the visit. On the day, parking was convenient and there was no waiting time.
Jack explained the procedure clearly, conducted the scan professionally, and reviewed the report in thorough detail, ensuring all my questions were addressed.
I plan to return for follow-up scans and would confidently recommend BodyView.

My first ever Dexa
Today was my first DEXA and 3D scan, as I wanted to establish a clear baseline before making some lifestyle changes to improve my diet and exercise routine.
James was extremely helpful, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained each stage of the scans in a clear and reassuring way, which made the experience feel comfortable and easy to understand. Once the results were ready, he took the time to go through everything in detail, highlighting any areas of concern and offering practical advice on how to improve them.
I’ll definitely be booking another scan with James in three months, and I’m looking forward to seeing how my results improve as I work towards healthier markers.
