Very good product but poor finishing. The buttons (two) on my shirt dropped on the Very first day of wearing clothes.
This is not the first experience which compelled to provide feedback.
Please advise the tailor Master's to stich the buttons properly.

I’m very disappointed with Bonanza Satrangi. It feels like the company focuses more on making money than on customer satisfaction. Prices are high and the quality and service do not always match expectations. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves their standards.

Awful brand with an awful CEO. Never recommended.

Their values, their brand idealogy, their ethos system is unacceptable. This brand should shut down and will make sure no educated upcoming GENz works here!!

The CEO of Bonanza Satrangi is a very shameless woman. She only wants to make money. It's a matter of shame. Close her store. She's an ignorant woman.

Bonanza sales staff are not trustworthy. I’ve had two bad experiences, first with a foundation and then with a face powder. Both times, they made me try one product number but sold me a different one. When I complained, they only argued and refused to exchange (since they don’t exchange cosmetics). Please be careful and always check the product number before buying, or you’ll end up disappointed like me.

I recently bought an unstitched 3-piece suit from Bonanza. Unfortunately, the fabric quality was not up to the mark, especially for the price. I was expecting much better, but it was not satisfactory. Hope the brand improves the quality in future collections.

Just some feedback in regards to a purchase I made from a Bonanza satrangi perfume pop up store in Amazon mall Islamabad.

I purchased the musk rouge ( i don't usually buy perfumes from Pakistan and most of mine are designer) but I really liked the smell on the sales assistant and she told me she was wearing that particular perfume. Anyhow after purchasing it the top of the spray dispenser was broken and also the perfume leaks. Such a shame as the fragrance is actually nice but it's been a nightmare. I'm back in London now so can't even take it back ( doubt they would do anything ) but the packaging definitely needs improving. The whole bottle is falling apart and the perfume is still full.

Torn off packaging and inlay cards making online shopping experience at Bonanza Satrangi a worst one. Highly disappointed...

Really very bad experience..its been 17 days i ordered a dress and no update and no responce at all from them..They never respond you..

I was gifted a perfume and I wanted an exchange only, of a brand new unused product which had the box the seal everything in place but staff refused
Can u ppl give any logical explaination for this

They are fraudulent, they raise the prices before sale. The price of an article changes after sale. Cheap tactics.

WARNING : This site sells Watered down fragrances and are Over priced.. JUST HORRIBLE !

I ordered a unstitched dress from sale, after 15 days they said your order was cancelled and returned due to delivery issues , they suggested me to place order again but I couldn't as the price changed 😢
