Bondel delivered what they promised and on-time. They are easy to communicate with and will work with you to get the portrait you want of your pet. I went through at least six iterations before settling on the perfect pose and colors. I am happy with the result. Now to get this jewel hung!

The quality of the portrait ordered was fine. I was hoping that my dogs portrait would be more like animation, what I received was an exact photo of him with a splash back round. Also, the portrait did not have his name which I believe was requested.

Had my four dogs that I had for forty years memorialized in one beautiful canvas painting with a beautiful black frame. The artist captured their likeness perfect, every time I walk by the picture I get a little chuckle.

Amazing portrait work !! Looks just like our baby boy! We ordered this after losing our Boxer , Chance to cancer unexpectedly. I sent in 8 pics to the company when I placed my order so they could see all the facets of his face. A few days later I had mock up ! Simply stated… INCREDIBLE! It was like as if they sent me back a picture they took of him! His markings , his teeth , his eyes . Spot on!!

The process from start to finish was flawless. You asked all the right questions, handled any nuances from our end, and delivered a perfect product.

All while making us feel like we were ypour only client.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! The customer service and product quality were truly first-class. Shortly after I submitted a photo of my daughter's dog, I received two proofs to review. Every time I requested a revision, a new proof was sent within 24 hours.

When the canvas arrived, I was completely blown away. Every detail of my grand-puppy was captured perfectly. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the final product was absolutely beautiful.

I will start by saying that I was a pest when it came to having this portrait done perfectly. I purchased this as a gift for a family member who recently lost her “fur baby,” Chili. We went back and forth with updates at least 5-6 times. Each and every time Sandra was friendly and professional. The end result is PERFECT. Bonded does exceptional work and has the best customer service I have ever received. I will wholeheartedly recommend Bondel to family and friends and absolutely anyone who will listen.

Overall this is an excellent product and the experience was top notch from start to finish. Sandra assisted me with many revisions and was so incredibly patient until I felt like it was complete. Shipping and production were fast and it arrived in excellent condition.
I am a bit disappointed in the finished product as it does not show the color the same way as it was presented in the proof images. The colors are more subdued and flat. The other pink looks more burgundy, the gold looks mustard and is not shiny or textured like it is shown in the ads. The proof images had vibrant colors and the actual product, not as much. The frame was a beautiful finishing touch for sure and worth the extra $$.

Surprised my wife with a portrait of her favorite kid :-)! Bondel was super easy to work with and made adjustments to any of my recommendations, giving me plenty of options to choose from and modify. At the end, I really appreciated their timely communication and final portrait of our families favorite son! The portrait came out awesome and myself and wife could not be happier. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering to uniquely capture their favorite family member. :-)

The portrait of my girl, Stella, arrived today. I couldn't be more thrilled with it. While I had seen the final project in a high def digital copy already, I was blown away by the actual final product that came today. It was so vibrant and it captured Stella's essence so well. I will treasure it.

Great experience with the artist and staff. I liked that you can have unlimited revisions until the portrait is just right. I think I had nine versions. I have the 40”x60” portrait in my hallway and it looks amazing! Very high quality. All my friends want one of their pets. Highly recommend Bondel.
