Where shall I start?

Advert advised express shipping- took 3 weeks, was shipped from China.

I tried to contact the merchant - no response.

Product finally arrived - this product had previously been used as there were blonde hairs on some of the tools that did not even have the packaging on them! The product is cheap and tacky looking. This does not represent the advertised product!

I immediately contacted the merchant and am requesting to return it for a full refund. It has been a week of back and forth with the company with no resolution or returning the product for a refund! Reviews I have read advise the company are removing comments on their Facebook posts and blocking users with negative comments.

STEER CLEAR.

Love this product. Exactly how described. I tried the curler and my hair looks gorgeous. It takes me less time to do my hair which is the best thing about this. The best thing I've bought lately!

Delivery time was long (3 weeks). The 30 day return policy does not cover hair products if they have been used. The wand wrap and flat brush are ineffective and the product over all is very basic quality.

I brought this for my 14 year old works great she loves how her hair looks and how easy it is to use

Product is great but they need to sort out the delivery and tracking as it took over a month to arrive. You can’t track it as it never moves

Finally got to try out my 5 in 1 Styler pro & love it. Best purchase for 2024.

The product is great, I did however blindly just see the name and assume they would be Australian stock, shipped from Australia. Therefore I was disappointed to find it shipped from China and took a lot longer than expected for delivery.

Really enjoying the curler. Works beautifully, easy to use and produces great results. Note that the company does offer incentives for reviews. However, I am giving this review honestly and wouldn't do so if I wasn't happy with it.

Works great. I highly recommend and delivery was quite quick considering I ordered right before Christmas. I saw quite a few reviews with long delivery but mine was fast.

Easy transaction, fast delivery & a fabulous product. Having so much fun curling, drying & styling my hair. Nice and light to travel with and a power adaptor too.

Very disappointed in this product and this company is completely misleading. This is not an Australian company, product comes in a Temu style knock off box. Product description on website is very misleading. Have reached out to the support email to start a refund and return.

The worst experience ever with online shopping. The product came in a generic box, no branding whatsoever. Delivery was well over 2 weeks and it came from China. It comes with an Australian PowerPoint connection. It is false advertising from start to finish. I thought it sounded to go to be true and it was the biggest disappointment. I wish I could upload a photo to show you how shitty it looks.

Just received mine and not happy. Took nearly a month to arrive from China not Sydney as suggested on website and just a cheap knockoff, nothing like the one advertised. Doesn’t even have an Australian power source although they did send an adapter. DO NOT BUY from this site, absolute Scam!

Absolute scam. Not a “Bondi curls” product but a cheap knock off. Would have been better getting it somewhere cheaper.

Edit: have just tried using the curler - blows hair everywhere and doesn’t work. Will be requesting a refund

Shipment took longer the expected (about 3weeks).
The product was good enough for the price although it’ll take a while for me to master using this.
Overall I’m happy with the experience :)

I have very fine straight hair, but lots of it. Often styling tools leave my hair feeling dry. I'm also terrible at styling my hair. I have been eyeing off these types of stylers, but could never justify the cost. This was a good price point. So far I have only used the air wrap function. I've had a few plays with it now. I have been able to get a 50s wave with very little effort. I've been able to get a 70s style now out with lots of focus and kicks. This is a great way to bevel ends and my hair remains soft and silky. You can also use this on dry, wet or damp hair. The waves stay for hours and even the next day after I've slept in them. To keep curls, I would need to use product and pin them until they cool. Haven't done this yet (have ordered some pins). I love that you can use it to refresh your hair and bring able to get volume without having to use a very hot tool is brilliant. Highly recommend.
