SCAMMERS - BUYER BE AWARE
They falsely advertise the price of the 5 in 1. I ordered this as a gift but after going through the checkout a couple of minutes later I had an additional charge of an additional $50 processed. When I emailed and questioned this they screenshoted that the curling wands were an additional cost. This is hidden in a obscure part of the website. This is a totally misleading advertisement of the cost of their product. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. SCAMMERS
They are not from Australia but China.
When I asked to cancel my order, a day later the response was sorry this has already been shipped. I'm sure that they'll charge a lot if I want to return it.

BEWARE, you are charged additional $50 for the curling wands without notice that wasn’t advertised or confirmed. My bank has blocked my CC as they are under investigation. Bondi has responded to my email saying that they apologise for the inconvenience…. This is not an inconvenience, it’s stealing as I never consented.

Be warned : A friend bought the “Bondi babes” multistyler 5 in 1 Multistyler Pro for $99.95 so I went online and purchased it. At checkout the price was $99.95 and postage was free. When I checked my credit card I noticed there was an additional transaction of $24.90 put through for “2 curling barrels- charged separately “ along with the 99.95 charge. There were 2 invoices emailed to me also. I emailed “Bondi Babes” asking why I was charged extra when it was part of the 5 in 1 kit and was told that these barrels were part of the kit but are “charged separately “ this makes no sense to me as it was not added at the checkout .
I have asked for a full refund and they have not agreed. My friend did not have this “additional charge” for the barrels so why is it charged additionally if I had paid for the 5 in 1 Multistyler for $99.95. Not a “3 in 1 “ multistyler.
This is misleading for consumers and tricking customers into paying for something “extra” they feel they have already paid for.
I’ll be following up legally and going to Facebook with this.

Wasn't thrilled to find my order was returned and no one told me. 7 weeks later and many emails that never got replied to I finally have my order. I do have to say it is an amazing product I have loved doing my hair and experimenting with new styles.

I found the web sight easy to navigate, only thing , it was advertised on EOFS $99:95, then another $34:95 added to my Order. I questioned it, & received an answer within 24 hrs. My order has arrived , & I have 5 in 1 multi styler easy it easy to Use.

Putting 5 stars as otherwise the review doesn’t go through. This company is in breach of Australian consumer law in countless ways. It advertises the product as $99 and then charges $150. It says it’s on a sale price which will “end soon” but then the sale never ends. It says the reviews are verified but blocks the negative reviews. It says money back guarantee which I suspect it doesn’t honour. Its customer service is appalling. Don’t support this business.

Disgusted with this company. Another person who was charged an additional unauthorised amount for the curling attachments which were clearly advertised as part of the 5 in 1 tool. So many emails back and forth with no sound explanation or proof of where I authorised a second payment. Will be lodging a complaint with consumer protection.

Got these for a friend for her birthday so unfortunately I can’t rate the product itself but the service was very easy and fast and kept updating me every more x

I received mine but unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of issues with the company. When I purchased the 5 in 1 tool, I later noticed that there was another purchase straight after…2 barrels. I didn’t order these and attempted to contact them immediately, without success. Then when the two packages were ‘delivered’, there was only one package and that was the 5 in 1. I’ve tried to contact them again and of course, no response. I’m pretty unimpressed with the company, one that claims it’s Australian yet they’re based in China and the product is actually cheap and I’m worried that it’ll melt when heated up. It’s super loud as well. I’d save your money and go elsewhere, at least with a company that is actually based wherever you are and will actually respond to your questions, not add on another product without your consent and actually deliver what you’ve purchased. Basically, they're just thieving bast*rds!

I wish there was negative rating button. Never approved to charge extra 50 for just barrels. This is fraud be aware learned lesson read the reviews before buying something. I have been emailing them since the extra was cut off but the reply is we will get back to you in 1-2 business days what the hell.

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER the 5-in-1 tool. Was charged an extra $49 without authorisation. Nowhere in the ad does it state that the curling barrels are sold separately. Will be contacting the ACCC first thing on Monday morning.

My first mistake was not coming to this page to see other reviews! I purchased the "5-in-1" hair styler for "$99" and had that plus an extra charge of $49.95 taken out at the same time. Turns out that in the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS part down the bottom, it says that the curling barrels are charged separately. Grossly misleading because why market it as a 5-in-1? Why not be transparent? Why not put this information in bold somewhere in the product description? Why not just charge the correct price for the entire thing? Why not call it a 3-in-1 with the option to add extra parts? I emailed the company immediately and they condescendingly screenshot the small print to send in their email back to me. I can't comment on the actual product yet but it better be worth it. Given that I complained and how dodgy the company appears, it wouldn't surprise me if they send me a dud. Note to self. Read reviews next time!

Purchased 5-1 styler for $99 for their EOFY, only to find after I made the purchae they billed an additional $40 for the 2 curling barrels in the kit. I didn't approve that transaction it just happened. They are refusing to refund the $40 and saying it stated in the ad they were charged separately, well myself and 100s of others have missed where it said this. Super dodgy, a lot of people have had the same issue. Have lodged a complaint with ACCC.

I had a great experience using Bondi Babes. It was simple to set up, lightweight, and comfortable to hold, making it easy to use. It dried and styled my hair much faster than my regular hair dryer, and the variety of attachments made it easy to create different hairstyles with minimal effort.

It is great. Love my curls.

The pricing for the 5 in 1 Styler is
misleading and in my opinion false advertising. You click buy thinking that it costs $99.95 because that is the price listed next to the add to cart button but then a minute later they have taken in another separate charge of $49.95 without any authorisation. I emailed them immediately before it shipped to alert them to this and they pretended to get confused like they don’t know that they’ve just stolen money from you then after it’s shipped they tell you that in the fine print of the description of the styler, there is a text line there that says two of the barrels included will be charged separately but at no point does it flag this with authorisation to pay. What company anywhere lists a product as a whole and then secretly takes two parts of it out and adds on a cost without authorisation. It’s outrageous! At no point do you authorise the separate charge of the two barrels that are shown in pictures to be part of the $99.95 charge. They listed this styler as one product offering at $99.95 and after they tell you that you have to read down the very lengthy ‘about the styler section’ which if you have watched their videos and seen the price above, you don’t think would be necessary and again, who would sell a product like that?? So then you think … I will return it buuut because it’s on sale you can’t return it … another catch … it’s always on sale. This is fraud in my opinion so be warned! Customer service is awful, they pretend to not understand they have taken money without consent. I have asked for a refund (before and after it shipped, they could have cancelled it all but chose not to) but they just keep acting like they don’t understand.

Will report to Fair Trading, ACCC and also credit card company as fraud and unauthorised charge.

5-in-1' multi styler was (and still is) on sale for $99.95. I was charged for 2 seperate transactions - $99.95 for the styler & an unknown charge of $49.95 - which now comes up as '2 barrels' on the invoice. The fact that this wasn't advertised as an extra charge is fraudulent! I never purchased 2 barrels & I have sent them an email for a refund of the overcharged amount on the 5/7 but conveniently - no reply. Their Facebook account no longer exists, they don't reply on Instagram and I don't even have my product yet!! And it's been 10 days since I placed my order, which is now sitting at local depot for last 2 days,
And yet they advertise: 'Ships next day'
'AU express tracked shipping' '60 day guarantee' if they are based in Australia
- being an 'Aussie' company and all, how does it take over 9 days to deliver - when it states 5-7 business days? China, that's why. If you haven't checked your bank statement for the overcharged amount ($49.95) when all you should have been charged is the advertised price $99.95 - lodge with the ACCC.

Scam. Advertises as $99 for 5 pce set. Then deducts $99 plus additional $49 for the curling wands and advises they are extra. So you think your paying $99 but you find an additional $49 charged to you. They then advise its stated in fine print.. complete rip off scammers.
