The barrels are charged separately. I checked out at $100 then a separate charge of $40 came out which was confusing. Good product, I’m still getting used to it. Happy with it for the price.

My mum bought a curling device from them. The whole tool was terrible and cheaply made. My mum tried to get a refund and they ignored her for 3 months and they finally sent her some money back but not all of it. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Buy a tymo instead

The product didn't perform as advertised, but the biggest disappointment was the "60-Day Money Back Guarantee." Apparently, you're expected to test a hairstyler **without using it on your hair** if you want to qualify for a refund.

I also couldn't find a current ABN or clear business details on the website, which left me with very little confidence in the company.

I wouldn't purchase again.

Great product, does everything I was after from drying to straightening to even a curl.

Wasn’t happy with the product at all. I ordered the product which took almost 1 month to arrive then I was absolutely unhappy with the product.
I have been wanting to return the product but every time I email them an AI replies all chat GPT sourced. They still wouldn’t accept to take my return and offered me 20% discount. I consistently kept saying no but they still wouldn’t take it back and would come back to my replies weeks after.
The product is horrible, please do not fall for the reviews on their website ITS ALL FAKE.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

WARNING! WARNING! As soon as I purchased this product my credit card sent me a notification advising me that Bondi Babes put me on a reoccurring purchases and within 30 seconds a second purchase came through. I immediately froze my credit card to stop any more future purchases. They also created me an account and save my credit card to their website with unauthorized reoccurring purchases. It took me a while had to locate my profile on their website that they created an account I didn’t ask for with my credit card details and a reoccurring purchase option. I finally found my profile and removed my credit card details from their website to stop any reoccurring purchases.
I messaged and commented on Bondi Babes social media asking them to contact me ASAP but my comments were removed just as quick as they were added. Such a scam! I was unsure if I would even receive my item in the mail. I did receive the first purchase, but the second purchase has not been received, because they used the same tracking number for both packages once one package was received the tracking number says that the package has been delivered. This is the biggest scam I have ever had, you have to be really aware.

After receiving the 5in 1 styler it is definitely not what they say it is. There is not heat protection and its very cheap machine. The hair tongs only blows air so it will not wrap the hair just blows it around the tong. It has a 3 setting button however its the same heat and airflow for every setting. Very hot and high airflow.

I order 5 in 1 last night was hit with a fee of $49.95 extra on top
I emailed last night and today saying I didn’t authorize the extra amount and no answer at all
I got a email saying it was all shipped but no other contact from them I have emailed telling them it fraud to take money for something I didn’t order and still no answer

I love the simplicity of this 5 in 1 hair tool. I brought 2 one for my sister and I. I like the quickness of it, drying and styling. My mum also likes it. I would recommend this product. Will be purchasing other hair products in the near future.

Another one here that got stung by the extra fee after purchase for the curling rods. Emailed immediately, they refused a refund and then also a refund for the entire lot as they claimed it has shipped already (it hadn't as per the shipping notification I got the following day) Managed to get a refund from my bank for the extra charge. But am absolutely disgusted with their entire behaviour as it is incredibly deceptive, will be returning the entire product when it gets here for a full refund, will update as to how that goes, not holding my breath from the sounds of everyone elses experience with that here. In the meantime I have put in a complaint with the ACCC and encourage anyone else that has encountered this to do the same so they hopefully get some kind of repercussions for their appalling conduct.

Company says free next day shipping from AUSTRALIA. It ships from china.
Company says you get the 5 in 1, until you pay for product and then a week later they charge you a further $39.90 for the curling barrels. apparently they are sold separately. No mention of this unless you look into all the drop downs and to the very bottom of "Why Bondi Babes".
I only bought this product as it had the green tick of authenticity. But so far have found it to be one scam after the other.

It’s all paid collabs and fake reviews. I bought 2 sets and did not like it. I requested for a return of the unopened box and they would not reply to my email initially, and now they are saying that sale products do not qualify for refund. However all their products are on sale as they say, which is their marketing policy for this new product in market. They are a scam. I am amazed how they can even compare to Dyson. I have used Dyson and I can assure Bondi babes is not even 10% as good as Dyson. @dyson should really sue them for defamation. Just making hair stylers look like Dyson, does not mean they work like it. They are a total scam. Beaware

Bought this hoping for a good travel dupe to the Dyson.
I tried the air wrap attachment and it literally doesn't work, there's no wrap at all even on damp hair, I've tried it all and I'm not new to a wrap...I immediately wrote to them requesting a refund as they advertise a 60day money back guarantee. Well apparently this is only if you haven't even opened the sticky tape on the box which feels ridiculous... I've since sent them videos and a multitude of emails to demonstrate it simply doesn't work and have gotten no where except to receive further requests from them for more videos, all I want is a refund. Very disappointed the advertising on Instagram is totally fake it has barely any power and the attachments don't work. Don't buy this product it's a joke.

The volume it gives me is incredible. My hair looks so full and healthy from root to tip.

This has completely simplified my morning routine. I used to use three different tools and now I just need the one.
