False advertising, hidden text! On purchasing the 2 x 5-in-1 stylers for $199, I was shocked to find that I had been charged an extra separate $99 as an order for 2 x 2 barrel curlers. I contacted them immediately, but of course they processed the order before actually responding to my enquiry. Thereafter they sent me a screenshot of some very deeply hidden text stating that the 5-in-1 does not include the barrel curlers and are sold separately. Essentially you are paying $99 for 3-in-1 plus an extra $49 for the curlers. Absolutely disguised with this sales process, feel duped and hope that no one else falls for this

Was charged an extra 49 for attachments on the 5 in 1 product that comes with the attachments. I didn't authorise the extra charge. I've requested a refund and received no reply. I also posted under Instagram photos to be aware as ASIC are currently deregistering this company. A massive scam

Product arrived 3 weeks late after charging me $20 for "next day delivery" which was the only option.

Product arrived not as described.

They offer 60 day refund however I have asked 6 times now, still no response.

The video that offer 'styling tips' do not work, links are broken.

Looks like an overseas scam. I am from Bondi, this company is NOT
Zero customer service.
Would not recommend.

Everything is great. Product is top notch. I am just not satisfied with extra 39$ charge for curling barrels

This is not even an Australian product and they charge you second fee for the 2 curler attachments. They also do not answer emails and have blocked me.

Deceptive extra charges and poor customer service.
Be careful when buying from Bondi Babes. I was hit with an unauthorized additional charge of $39.95 that was hidden in deceptive terms. They bill your card and additional amount without your consent saying its for the curling barrels - which are shown and packaged in the 5-in-1 tool. When I contacted customer service to resolve it, they completely refused to refund the extra fee. Very disappointed with these hidden costs and the lack of support. Would not recommend.

Brought the $99 5-1 styler and then was charged an extra $49.95 for 2 extra curlers that I declined. Very deceptive and this will be returned and refunded under the 60day refund policy. It's very deceptive selling and what's worse is I had to cancel my bank card and have to spends potentially hours changing my direct debits. Very frustrating

Product's good but I don't like the hidden charges.

I could not say it was a good quality product. In saying that, it is worth the money you pay as it comes with multiple heads. My order felt like it lacked quality, so I have been trying to get a refund for the last month, but to no avail.

Brilliant value when you consider how many tools it replaces. Makes total sense financially.

The barrels are charged separately. I checked out at $100 then a separate charge of $40 came out which was confusing. Good product, I’m still getting used to it. Happy with it for the price.

My mum bought a curling device from them. The whole tool was terrible and cheaply made. My mum tried to get a refund and they ignored her for 3 months and they finally sent her some money back but not all of it. Terrible customer service and terrible product. Buy a tymo instead

Perfect for quick styling before work. I'm out the door in no time and my hair still looks great all day.

Fantastic results every single time. I genuinely look forward to styling my hair now.

Took a little practice to get the curls right but once I got the technique down it was perfect every time.
