BE AWARE!!!!!! this company charges you separately for the curlers so it is not the advertised price of $99 they charge you another separate charge of $49 so all up $150 by saying they’re additional. Its false advertising and I will be going to consumer affairs because they refuse to refund me even when the whole ad at all stages of purchase don’t show the extra charge!!!!! Even the packaging shows them as included!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! The false and fraudulent advertising and pricing and the second secret charge on my card. The product does NOT do what it states, it does not grab your hair to curl, it overheats and is GARBAGE! Steer clear of this company!! I have engaged my bank for a refund and the company keeps reciting the same reply, I am discussing legal options to get my money back.

If I could leave 0 stars that's the rating they would get. Avoid Bondi Babes at all costs. This “company” is nothing more than a scam operation hiding behind fake Australian branding. I authorised one payment, and they secretly charged me a second amount of $49.95 without authorisation. The product I paid for never arrived on the promised next‑day delivery — instead I got a generic email claiming “high demand” and pushing the delivery out to 5–10 days. They offered a 10% discount as a distraction, but refused to address the unauthorised charge. Their customer service is non‑existent, their business details are suspicious, and their behaviour is identical to known Shopify scam stores. This is NOT an Australian company. This is a deceptive offshore drop shipping scam. Save yourself the stress — do not buy from Bondi Babes. Also check their website for their ABN. Bet you won't find one because they are in China.

Fraudulent sales pitch. Says 5 piece styling kit $99.95 but I are a charged an additional $50 for the 2 curling pieces. So u are really paying for a 3 piece (false advertising) then they charge u more but u only authorised a $99.95 sale so how they can the doc your account more money I have no idea. I contacted them straight away saying cancel my order as it says 5 to 7 days to process only to be told it’s already dispatched. Yet been a week and I still haven’t received, u can but same product from AliExpress for $59 - $69 and includes the 2 curling rods. Will be returning for a full refund and reporting to consumer affairs. Items shipped from China which is why it takes so long. Not Australian at all. Avoid!!

Very disappointed with this product and the customer service. The item arrived faulty and did not work properly from the first test. I only tried it once, realised it was not working, and put it straight back in the box.
When I contacted them, they refused to process a proper return because of their “hygiene policy” and only offered me a 10% refund. What am I supposed to do with 10% back on a faulty item that I can’t even use?
This is not a change-of-mind return, the product is faulty. I expected either a replacement or a full refund, not a small discount for something that doesn’t work.
Very poor experience. I would not recommend this product or buying from this company!

Scam. My credit card company contacted me to say they tried to make further unusual transactions. Order cancelled.

The curling tool can only Handel a small section at a time, feels like light plastic I paid for next day delivery and this ended up being shipped from china took around 10 days. Also was charged extra as a separate payment because of international payments.

Light to use love the attachments tried all of them excellent very gentle on my hair.

Great service and great products! Have had so many compliments that my skin is looking glowing and it’s all thanks to the BB cream!

Scam, u authorised charges and refusal to respond to emails regarding...

For those that have been scammed, please report this to the ACCC. This constitutes as drip pricing and is against the Law. I have just received confirmation of this from the ACCC themselves. They will direct you on how to take this further to get your money back through Consumer Affairs.

Drip pricing:
Drip pricing happens when a business adds unexpected fees and charges during an online transaction. The business advertises a ‘headline’ price for the offer, however additional fees and charges are added (or ‘dripped’) during the transaction. This means consumers are not aware of the actual price they have to pay until the end of the transaction process.

Businesses cannot mislead you into paying additional fees without telling you the costs up front. Extra fees and charges must clearly be disclosed at the beginning of an online transaction.

Drip pricing also makes it difficult for businesses to compete on a level playing field.

Absolute scam artists. Order a "5-in-1" tool, then get charged separately for one of those five... but still all comes together in the same packaging? Immediately requested to cancel the order as soon as the second charge came through to my account and was given the "oh sorry it's already gone through for dispatch" response. Am now in the process of trying to return the item for a refund. I am also logging this with the ACCC.

Oh also, it's the cheapest-looking product I've ever laid eyes on. I can only deduce from the 5-star reviews that they pay "influencers" for fake reviews.

Very disappointing product and customer service.

I purchased the 5 in 1 Blow Dry Styler based on the photos, videos and product description on the website, expecting a premium quality styling tool. Unfortunately, the product I received was nothing like what was advertised.

After using it once, it was clear that the quality was poor and the performance did not come close to the results shown in the advertising. The build quality felt cheap and the product simply did not deliver what was promised.

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the product to request a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly asked unnecessary questions and ultimately refused to provide a full refund.

I would not recommend this product. The quality and performance do not match the advertising, and my experience with customer service was equally disappointing.

Huge delay in receiving item to begin with. Once I received the item the leather box that I purchased extra to keep the styler was not as advertised. There wasn't specific spots to place all the tools. The item was flimsy and cheap made. The dryer was Soo loud I partially lose hearing for a few minutes. There are 3 dry settings, 2-3 were the same. It didn't get very got at all and I wasn't able to styler my hair due to it not getting very hot at all.
Then when I contacted the company for a return as the reason I finally decided to get it was the "60 day money back guarantee" where they advertised on their site "love it or your money back" but they claim because I've used only once they can't accept the return. That's false advertising as how am I suppose to know if it's in good working order if I don't turn it on. Absolute Scam! Do not buy

Second order put through without approval.
Product never arrived. Tracking shows returned to sender to the day it was due to be delivered.
Ridiculous requests from company to provide evidence of address.

accidentally ordered one more unit and told them ( didn’t think first order went through ) they ignored it and sent and then emailed saying already sent the leather bags are not leather at all and one was damaged on arrival they are cardboard covered in look like leather very cheaply done not like picture at all

Writing this review so other customers be aware. My debit card was used for a second purchase ( 2 barrels)without my authorisation. I contacted the seller to request cancellation, but they refused. I had to send three emails before receiving a response, and the reply was only, "Sorry for the confusion," without properly addressing my concerns. There was no confusion they illegally use my card for the second item.I have reported the matter to my bank. Do not trust this seller. Unethical and unprofessional.

I like the offer recently for 5 in 1 with affordable price and light weight. I received within a week so I was happy too. It would be great if the package included bag instead of box. I was just not happy with responding late. Otherwise, happy customer. Thank you

Prior to even receiving product it has deceptive fine print charging and additional $49.95 for the product advertised. No way to contact to cancel other than email. Not happy at all and have emailed to cancel and also with the bank.

Exceptionally difficult to get a refund - despite them offering a "money back guarantee". After paying for return postage it has now been a full month since they received the styler back and they have still not refunded my money. I would caution AGAINST buying from this company. I suspect they are NOT Australia based.
