Took money from my account without permission. Won't return any emails ! What a scam from China

Unit seems ok out of the box. Unused as yet. Had an extra charge for curling rods which have not arrived yet.

Great communication at all times. Product exactly as advertised with quick delivery.

Thought I was getting a good deal by purchasing the 5 in 1 for $99…. Then noticed a separate charge for $49 for curling barrels which I didn’t authorise. I straight away emailed the company and requested my order canceled and full refund on both orders. I will be disputing the credit card transactions and also I had to report my card as lost so that the company cannot keep charging my card for what I now see in my Shop app is a “subscription”. I never signed up for a subscription! I have also reported this company to the ACCC Scamwatch

Ordered the 5 in 1. Extra items were added to order. Asked to cancel and refund immediately didn’t happen. Received thd 5 in 1 but not the extra curling rods

Unfortunately this product is a scam. It comes from China, has nothing to do with Australia. Is cheap and nasty, doesn’t do anywhere near the job it’s supposed to and then there is no refund.
Run - don’t walk - away from this fake advertising! Don’t get sucked in like I did.
Not at all happy and telling the world!

their advertising is deceptive and was charged an extra 39.95 hidden cost for 2 of the barrels, when all advertising says $99 for set, have now stopped communication for refund and have blocked me from socials and deleted my reviews! poor poor poor

Purchased 5 in 1 for $99.95. They immediately processed an additional order and took a further payment for $49.95 WITHOUT authorization. Extra order was for 2 x Curling Barrels that are pictured in the Advertisement but apparently is not included in the $99.95 price.
Requested cancellation of this order via email less than 5 minutes later and they have now marked order shipped the next day and not returning emails.
DO NOT buy from this company.

I just purchased one as advertised for $99 and got charged $49.95 on a separate transaction without providing my authorisation. What a scam!!! Be aware, do not buy. Contacting my bank to cancel this transaction

Misleading and deceptive advertising. Do not believe the “60 Day Money Back Guarantee”. The website says “love it or your money back” with “60 day hassle free returns” which could not be further from the truth. They have had my returned product for over 4 weeks now and have not processed my refund despite me emailing weekly to chase

They purport to be an Australian business but the product shipped from China. Their ABN has been deregistered since 2024 and ASIC initiated a company deregistration two months ago.

Something isn’t right and while I might have to accept I will never see my $99 again I wanted to warn people not to fall into the same trap.
