My overall experience with Bond Turner was mixed.
They handled the legal side of my motorcycle accident claim, which eventually ended up going to court. During the process I was asked to provide a large amount of financial information, including bank statements and other documents. I appreciate that some of this may have been necessary, but gathering everything requested took up a considerable amount of my time and I found the process quite intrusive.
Throughout the claim I was given the impression that, if I cooperated fully and supplied everything requested, the chances of actually ending up in court were very slim. I did everything that was asked of me, so I was disappointed when the matter ultimately did still go to a hearing.
That said, the people I dealt with personally were very good.
Jasmine was always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, and did her best to answer my questions throughout the process.
Collin, who I met at court, was excellent. He was reassuring, friendly and a pleasure to chat with, and genuinely made what could have been a very stressful day much easier.
Jessica, the barrister representing me, was also excellent. She was clearly very good at her job, explained things well and gave me confidence that the case was being handled properly.
Thankfully, the case was successful and the third party was ordered to pay the costs.
So although I was happy with the final outcome and very impressed with Jasmine, Collin and Jessica, I found the overall process stressful, time-consuming and much more involved than I had expected.
Anyone using this type of service should be prepared to provide detailed financial information and should also be aware that, even if you fully cooperate, there is still a possibility that the matter could end up in court.

Slow at responding, often did after multiple chasers. Case dragged on for over 6 months and communication hasn’t been a good experience. I won’t recommend people to use this service myself.
