⭐☆☆☆☆ Think Carefully Before Using Bond Turner Through an Accident Management Claim
I became involved with Bond Turner through a non-fault accident claim. I expected clear communication and support throughout the process, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
I was repeatedly asked to reconnect my bank accounts through open banking and provide financial information while my claim continued for months. Although I understand that some information may be required, the overall process became stressful and time-consuming.
Communication was one of my biggest concerns. I often had to chase for updates, and it felt like there was little coordination between the different companies involved in my claim. As a customer, I was left trying to understand what was happening while my vehicle remained off the road.
Instead of making a non-fault accident easier, the process added unnecessary stress and uncertainty at a time when I simply wanted my vehicle repaired and returned so I could continue working.
My advice to anyone considering an accident management claim:
Read every agreement carefully before signing.
Ask why your financial information is required and how it will be used.
Understand your obligations before accepting a hire vehicle.
Keep copies of every email and document.
Don't assume the process will be quick simply because your accident was not your fault.
A non-fault accident is already difficult enough. My experience was far more stressful than I expected, and I hope others will research all their options before deciding who should manage their claim.

From beginning to stage at now ive had three advicers working on my behalf and all three have been more than excelant in ways of communication in every way from change of advisers to whars goin on and whats happening next. Initially they were answering quickly…
Initially they were answering quickly at the end of the claim, taking 2 3 days for answer the call not the question. Requested call back wait for 3 4 weeks no call back . They sending cheque cancel it on not arrival taking another 1 2 month to send it again

2021 ain't 2026
In 2021 with a much weaker case, thank to BO. In 2026 a much stronger case, yet this time they couldn't helping out. The black-eyed Susan had left the firm though.
Go and figure. But roses are not daisies. Bondturner ain't the Bondturner of 2021 and I'm with that 16% of which they will never reach 100%, no matter of 5 stars

You missing two points
1 ) One foot in, one foot out never works, and I sent Bondturner the Closure letter from previous solicitors as requested. I also explained with 4 or 5 emails, not only the unfortunate situation with them, of which you forgot to mention how they ended that letter: Immensely regretted not been able to pursue...( kind of admission ) but I also explained to your firm, and done to a T what was the new case, of which the previous solicitors were not really able in dealing with it,as I think that Black-eyed Susan surely would have done.
2 you failed to mention that because I gave 1 star to Bondturner, your company wanted the name Susan to be put it down, of which is a bit petty to be honest coming from your firm. You can't woke the name of a flower,no matter if that name is Suzy Susanna or Susanne. I wonder if Bondturner ever knew that the flower rapresenting Lawyers it's a black-eyed Susan.
Mate the real point is, that you didn't even bother to write your response slight different from the one was left by me on another platform. I did, you haven't, a broken record there and no quite true.
To all the women that are reading your are strong and beautiful, like an black-eyed Susan.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience , wait more than 1:5 yrs , third party accept liability and charged a courtesy car which was private hire more than 32 thousand for 40 days ,they did not put my loss of earning saying u got a coutesy car so can not eligible for loss of earning ,around 3 months i was off from work and on bed , so they decide and agreed with third party , and at the end got email they we close ur claim and u will get £90 pound for injury back sholder and neck pain , they did not ask from me that we are settle ur claim , 30th july was in court hearing and they settled down b4 and i didnot know any thing just saying u will get £90 in total , waste of time , give u headache tension and the worst service in uk ever seen ,i need help from any related sources and authorities, coutest car 40 days more than 32k u can get a new car its alll like a scam i need full support and they made me like an anxiety and depression patient , sorry for my english 🙏
