So far absolutely useless
I would strongly advise anyone considering Bond Turner to think twice.
My claim has been dragging on for far too long, and communication has been extremely poor.
Every few months I'm asked to sign the same documents again, and they repeatedly request reports that have already been sent to them multiple times. It feels completely disorganised, and I'm constantly chasing for updates instead of being kept informed.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected a much more professional service.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bond Turner

Beyond what was expected, very helpful.
Great experience in what has been a very tough long drawn out case thanks to the other side. They guided me right through the process to conclusion. The time and patience Shabana took with me when I had questions and needed explanation of court proceeding was over and beyond what was expected.

The staff's conduct was fine
The staff's conduct was fine, but the case was straightforward—liability was indisputable—yet it dragged on for three years; you wore me down to the point where I agreed to a settlement. I could have gone to another firm that guaranteed a resolution within three months; instead, it was nothing but stress. Besides, I got the impression that things were quite disorganized, as I had to repeat my statement and the details of the incident several times over the years. That’s not what I expected from a law firm, though perhaps it’s the norm? I’ve never had to use such services before, but I thank you for the help nonetheless. Regards, Dariusz Bejger.
