True professionals. Outstanding and fast support!
Following an accident on March 2nd, a friend recommended Bond Turner to me, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Dealing with insurance companies on my own would have been a nightmare.
What impressed me the most was their speed. Within just a couple of days after the accident, they provided me with a replacement scooter. This allowed me to get straight back to work and avoid losing my income while my own scooter was being assessed and repaired. They also promptly arranged a medical check-up with a specialist to ensure everything was fine.
In the end, the compensation I received fully covered all the repair costs for my scooter. Everything was handled at the highest level and incredibly fast. I am very grateful for their amazing support! Stay safe on the roads, but if anything happens, I highly recommend this company with absolute confidence.

Bond Turner successfully handled my personal injury accident
Bond Turner handled my personal injury case after being knocked off of my bike by a motorist. They handled the whole process from start to finish in a professional and ethical manner, keeping me informed at all stages of the claim. They clearly explained the legal steps being taken at each stage. They challenged the motorists insurance company who were undervaluing my injuries which resulted in my case going to court. Going into this process I was very anxious and felt that I would struggle to communicate effectively with solicitors as I tend to struggle in general with people I think of as "Officey people," but throughout this process I have been pleasantly suprised a few times by Chantal Rabbetts and her team that dealt with me. Chantal in particular was always warm & understanding to speak to and I didn't ever feel rushed off the phone or like my feelings were dismissed out of hand which was great.
Another stand out mention was Tim Grover who even patched into a zoom call while on holiday to give helpful advice.
Overall I would recommend Bond Turner based on my experiences & feel that I was justly represented.
