to be fair the site is fine until it isnt. played most of last week with no bother, then wednesday night everything went sideways. lobby wouldnt load, cleared the cache like the help page says, still nothing. got in on the phone instead and the balance was showing £0.00 which is a lovely thing to see at half eleven. it came back after about twenty minutes… no announcement, no message, nothing on the status page, and when i asked on chat the next day the answer was that there was no reported incident. there was.

baffled by this one
baffled by this one. cashed out £220 on the 12th. on the 15th the balance jumps back up by £220 and the history just says withdrawal cancelled by user. i did not cancel it, i was at work. chat says the system does that when a payment method fails validation, but there was no email and nothing on the site telling me. so i requested it again to a different card, and now that card has to be verified on its own. day 19 of trying to get my own money out.
