Order No. 0308/01581032-1 was placed on 3rd Aug. with estimated dispatch by 11th, but few days I received a mail that it will be dispatched by 12th and today on 12th they have given new dispatch date of 16th Aug. for dispatch. I could not understand that if the items are not available with you why those are shown in Stock? and even after placing the order if any supplier is putting back order, it should have been dispatched in 10 days. In 7 days, we can import from China and you can't deliver in India. Very Poor service. Plz improve.

Hi, Sorry for the trouble.As per the supplier, the part is not physically available with them and is being arranged from the manufacturer. Due to this the ETAs are getting updated.The current ETA for your order is 19th Aug and we’ll try our best to get the order delivered on or before the promised date.
Furthermore, we totally understand your concern so, if you are not comfortable waiting further, you opt for cancellation and get your amount refunded.

Horrible experience with boodmo. A very unreliable portal with non-existent customer service. Most importantly they don't even reply to any communication via their given email address so I am posting the order no. here.
Order No. #1307/01512442-1

Not all parts which are listed in their website are available with the sellers. They keep on extending the date of delivery and shows processing in the order status.

One fine morning after 40 days of placing order the order status would change to "Not provided by Seller" and they have cancelled it...

Hi, Sorry for the trouble. As checked, the ordered part was not available with any of our suppliers because of which that placed order was cancelled. Being a marketplace we do not keep all the parts in stock and we need to rely on the suppliers for the arrangement as per the expected arranged time listed by them on the front but sometimes the delay occurs as the part is not available with the suppliers and has to be directly arranged from the manufacturers. Hope you understand.

hi, If spares are not available, don't take the order we as customers have choice to decide, I had ordered spares of 16K thousands but my ETA time keeps changing, on the order no #2007/01533377, we cannot keep car parked in workshop and keep waiting, I am surprised how you are India's largest car spares suppliers, we order spares online with an trust nothing else, I need by refund by EOD, Seniors must in your operations must view this seriously.

Hi, Sorry for the trouble.Being a marketplace we do not keep all the parts in stock and we need to rely on the suppliers for the arrangement as per the expected arranged time listed by them on the front but sometimes the delay occurs as the part is not available with the suppliers and has to be directly arranged from the manufacturers. The refund against your cancellation would be initiated in 24 working hours and shall reflect in your source account withinn5-7 working days.

Your team is fooling customers, it's been 2 months now and still no update on my product, today morning I received an update that the product is out of stock. What has been happening since the last 2 months? You guys are not able to provide the product, then why are you keeping these sellers on your website?
Your team has kept my money on hold for the past 2 months and who would be responsible for that. Need my money to be funded asap if you guys cannot arrange for my product and for god sake stop calling yourself a India's largest online marketplace for car

Ordered 17 days back still customer care wants another 15-20 days to deliver. Extremely bad service. Nobody should order spares from Boodmo. They are BODOM and not experts

Disappointed with the experience even after writing to support@boodmo. com there is no reply

I had ordered moulding for honda civic 2009 from boodmo and i had received one moulding in quality packaging and flawless condition but second moulding that i have received yesterday was dented/damaged and wasn't packed appropriately as it was just rolled in cardboard and taped. Really disappointed with the experience. Hopefully they respond and resolve the issue at the earliest and refund me my money.
EDIT: I had written a mail regarding the same issue to "info@boodmo. com" along with photos and today after reply from boodmo i have rewritten a mail to the "support@boodmo. com" for the same along with photos of damaged product and packaging box,still I haven't received a satisfactory reply from boodmo it only keeps allotting my issue to different agents but no reply.
My dissatisfaction and disappointment is beyond expectations...

One of the WORST and SCAMSTERS of…

One of the WORST and SCAMSTERS of online auto parts platform for car users. I truly recommend not buy anything from BOODMO as few you tubers promote these guys and they cheat us heavily.

I have ordered i20 fog lamps for 2017 elite model. They sent me the product and after delivery I opened the parcel and saw that it's not same as shown in picture. In catelog the fog lamps are total black from the back side and the onE which I received was silver from back side. I received the parcel in night and I straight way tried to put the complain but in BOODMO app the status was not shown as delivered.

In the morning I put the return request and delivery guy came and took it back after few days I noted that the request got rejected. I sent them email by stating that the reason of rejection but I. Getting automated email that we are working on your query and Will revert back in 24-48hrs.

The email thread now reached to 14 emails. Now you can see that to get things rectified you have to send email as you cannot directly reach out.

Now the situation is My money is with BOODMO and their product is with them and I left with nothing. They are just playing with me over email.
You guys also sent me email with video link and I noted that the fog lamps were totally off the camera which does not show the evidence of original product delivered at my door steps.

The biggest scam they did that you cannot directly touchbase to the customer care. They only give 4 options and then it will give you steps to perform those. This is how they cheat customers and sending them non branded product through BOODMO platform.

A big 👎👎👎 to those YouTubers who promote these scamsters.

Hi Sonu, We are really sorry you feel this way. Please note that your return request was rejected because the part you returned back wasn’t the same that we delivered to you. The part we delivered was OEM while the one we received back was of some aftermarket brand (Globex). Furthermore, it didn’t have the blackened back cover and was also missing the boodmo hologram/seal that we put on the parts we dispatch. We’ve mailed you the images of the returned part for you to cross check/compare them with the images of the original part on our front to see the differences. Hope it clarifies.

Surprisingly quick and professional service

Surprisingly quick service, especially considering the Covid19 pandemic, lockdown, curfew, etc.. Professional in every way, from receiving the order, supplying the parts exactly as requested, keeping me informed and finally delivering the parts at my doorstep. A very satisfied customer.

I was ordered wiper arm from boodmo…

I was ordered wiper arm from boodmo ,they sent old product ,and also wrong product means( opposite side )
Sending duplicate items whereas taking amount more than genuine parts price, they are not replying to email also and on phone call also ! so never ever order from boodmo , am officaily going to file complaint against them !I returned part but they rejected refund also , they sent use product wrong product and also not refund your money so its completly fraud !
They have scammed with me a refund of amount Rs 2200 and not giving any positive response.
order no 2905/01373091-2 wrong and used item was sent waisted my time also .

Headlight quality is not like original product

I bought many item from boodmo for my hyundai verna. But I am not happy with headlight quality I bought original product but their plastic quality is so bed they gone yellow only in 1 and half year. I dont think they shipped me original product.

Awwful experience with Boodmo Customer…

Awwful experience with Boodmo Customer care service. have ordered 2018 Maruti Swift rear RH Tail light and received today. The product I received is defective, without applying brake , the brake bulbs are turned on and when applied brake, the normal stand by tail light glows. Out of 6 pins of connector socket which gets plug into power supply, one pin is missing. I have raise this complain with Boodmo Customer care service, the reply I got they will not be able to return or replace the product since it was installed. Can anyone tell me how I test the tail light functionality without installing it ?
