I am in love with boody products
I am in love with boody products, love their PJs but also the underwear is so so comfy. The best I think is the full bust tshirt bra with padding (extremely comfortable and looks good as well).
Customer service is excellent too, so over all I would recommend this brand 100%.

At last, a comfortable bra that stays put. Ideal for larger sizes.
I struggle to find bras that fit. I tried a Boody one. It’s so soft and comfortable. Fits fine in the cup and the band. Normal bras expand the cup size with the band size, which doesn’t reflect reality in my case. I got a plus size t-shirt bra. It doesn’t roll down or dig in. I will certainly buy again. Delivery was as stated.

Absolutely unbelievable Bras
Absolutely unbelievable Bras. Best bras I have ever had definitely. I got the wireless t shirt bra and it’s just the right amount of support and lift. Padding sewn in so doesn’t move. Bamboo fabric is so buttery soft. I bought two a couple of weeks ago and now have 3 more. I’ll be coming back for pants. Sadly I couldn’t get the free pants offer to work so if anyone is looking at these reviews I’d love a size S classic bikini if possible 😉

Most Comfortable and Softest Fabric
I stumbled upon Boody on Instagram and decided to give it a go. Pleased to say I was not disappointed and in fact have placed multiple orders for myself, my husband and baby!
I love the lightweight softness & comfort of the fabric. It almost feels like you’re wearing nothing. Boody products are everything they promise and I’m so glad I found them!
My only regret is that I never manage to grab the lovely latest colours.

I'm flabbergasted..cant return unwanted items.
How can you buy things online that you can't look at or try on and return if the wrong size? This company sends items folded in a small plastic bag and won't accept returns.
My query was answered by Ai initially.
I've had a response but no returns label and paperwork. This is day two.
The sizing is not straightforward & the website is boggling.
I wear the bamboo things but the mesh bras and pants are huge.
Avoid.

As mentioned in our correspondence, for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or worn underwear, unless an item is faulty. This policy is in place to ensure we maintain our high standards for hygiene and protect both our customers and our quality control team. We do our best to make this clear on our website prior to purchase, but we understand this can still be disappointing when the fit isn’t quite right for you.
We also wanted to address your comment regarding AI. As a small team supporting customers across different time zones, we do use AI to assist with initial responses and to help flag urgent enquiries outside of business hours. That said, every response is reviewed by our team, and we’re always more than happy to step in personally whenever a customer would prefer to speak directly with one of us.

Brilliant products and amazing customer service - I had an issue with one of their bra straps breaking quite soon after I’d received it and they were so quick to help me sort it out and send out a replacement- 10/10 experience :)

Pathetic sizing
Pathetic sizing. According to the size guide, I ordered the perfect size for myself. I thought I’d finally found a bra that would fit me comfortably. How wrong I was. For a bra that should’ve fit a 32F, I received a bra that might’ve fit a 32C at the most. I’m so incredibly disappointed and sick of this bra hunt.
The returns is alright, you lose £3 for return though so not happy about that.

I only placed an order yesterday, Good Friday, and my items arrived today, a day later. I ordered two t-shirt bras; one for my daughter and one for myself, and the quality is amazing. As for the comfort, simply wonderful. Will be ordering from here again.

Make sure you check sizing very carefully as you are unable to return underwear once the seal has been opened. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and only realised on opening the packet as they were huge.

Great, Eco-friendly Products
I love the products from Boody and have always had a good experience with ordering online. The products are pricey, yes, so I tend to wait for a sale. That said, I've had underwear, bras, and leggings that have lasted for several years, so they are worth it! Plus, they're much kinder to the environment (and your skin) than synthetic options.

awesome , like cotton but better
Dear Boody,
your products are so comfortable. I love cotton clothing but it often shrinks during washing and doesn’t hold it’s shape. I was looking for an alternative that would feel and breathe like cotton but could withstand daily wear and washing, until I found you.
I tried all shapes of your undies and brass I love them. They are comfortable and stay the same from wash to wash.
