Boody US Avis 

I bought the jumpsuit and the slip dress, and none of my bras worked with them. I wrote to boody asking what bras would work, and bought the two they recommended. They are perfect, and are styles I would not have discovered otherwise. That’s good customer service, imo.

I could see how I would have liked the product but the sizes ran so small even sizing up. Customer service was very unhelpful for the sizing discrepancy issue and was unaccommodating after making several purchases and sizing up. I don't recommend as the price is expensive and it's just not worth the hassle.

Item I bought came on time and was fine except too big. The return went smoothly.

Bad luck for Boody. The product is still good. It never wears out or at least hasn’t yet. The original order I made I don’t know how many years ago is still in play.

I have shopped here on more than one occasion. Everything I’ve purchased is rated 10/10. My only “beef” is sizes in most colours in the tshirt bras and briefs don’t seem to restock. Also shopped from the Canadian website and was charged duties!

Easy to use website, lots of choices, great product and fast shipping. Love the look and feel of the underwear. Bamboo is lightweight, super comfortable and available in several styles. Some of the colors were unavailable at the time of my purchases so I’ll be back for more.

I paid for Return Coverage ($2.99) with my order, and they still went ahead and charged me a $9.95 return fee when I returned all the items in my order. They also under-refunded me by a total of $44.72, and their customer service bot that answers emails couldn't effectively explain why. Still working on getting my full refund. Recommend avoiding this place!

Amazing customer service and products!

I first ordered Downtime Lounge Pants a few years ago and loved them so much and now have ordered 3 more pairs along with 4 sleep tops and a pair of sleep pants. I still have and wear the first pair of pants. The products are amazing.

Boody has exception customer service. I'm always worried about ordering from a new company, and whether I'll be able to make returns easily. Both shipping and returns were quick and smooth. The product was well made, and although it wasn't the right fit for me, it was a great mail order experience, and I'll keep shopping there based on the customer service alone.

Boody's customer service swiftly resolved an error that occurred with my order and even went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It was easy to contact them (no meandering around their website), and a friendly automated message confirmed my response was in the queue. Based on my experience, this is a reliable company!

I was so excited to find bamboo bras that I hastily ordered the wrong style and size. I reached out to customer service for help exchanging my items, and they were so helpful and accommodating! Riley asked me a few simple questions, and had replacement recommendations that fit perfectly. Returning the original items was also very easy. I am so happy with these bras- they’re extremely comfortable and really supportive for a DD cup. 10/10 recommend this company!

I was looking to switch to natural and ethical clothing. I came across Boody, read up about them, and gave them a try. I LOVED my first purchase! The socks and briefs are the best I have ever worn in my life. They are the comfiest, softest, and most breathable. These are amazing for hot, humid, summer days. No more stick, no more sweat! The bra I tried is great as well, the only thing that was not 5 stars is that the seam on the shoulder straps were bothersome, but my skin is super sensitive and I would still 100% recommend. I soon made my second purchase and tried the lounge tee and joggers. I LOVE them for all of the same reasons above. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, and it wasn't able to be returned or exchanged. I emailed Boody. They were very quick to respond, very helpful, very kind, and went above and beyond. Georgette is the best! 5+ stars for customer service. I am hooked, will be buying again, and recommending to my friends.

I am a return customer - having purchased 2 bras last year, 2025. Your wireless tee shirt bras are super comfortable, superior quality, and the strap clip option is perfect when wearing deep cut tank tops. My recent order I was pleasantly that you have redesigned the tee shirt bra making the cup inserts removable. Brilliant move!! Thank you for having such a fantastic sale!

The underwear is amazing! I had ordered some underwear from a different brand because of a sale, but it was not as good as Boody, so I knew I had to get more. It’s so soft and the fit is great. I don’t think I’ll be buying underwear from anywhere else!

I truly like how the bras feel against my skin. Very soft and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would to make them a little cooler for the hot temperatures.

There was a small manufacturing fault in my bra, which up till then was my favourite nursing bra to use. They helped me resolve it and get a replacement within 48 hours. Their costumer service team was excellent.

I am a new Boody customer. When one of my new purchases had a problem, I was concerned. I reached out and was immediately guided through a process to correct the issue.
