Boody US Avis 

I never expected to be writing a review for underwear or an underwear company! I want to share, however, that the men’s seamless boxers by Boody are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. The fit and fabric weight are perfect. Additionally, the sizing is consistent on every order(yes I’ve had some surprising experiences with other companies!) Furthermore, everything is easy when ordering or interacting with Boody’s team.

The products and customer support are phenomenal. Finally decided to splurge and treat myself to new bras for nursing—they’re breathable, comfortable and supportive while still being easy to breast feed in. A true win! Can’t wait to buy more.

Boody has proven to be a very compassionate company.....putting empathy before the all mighty dollar! Boody sent an email asking if subscribers want to opt out of certain emails with possibly sensitive topics to some individuals (i.e. Specials on Father's Day, if someone is going through a sensitive time around "fathers"). I thought that to be very thoughtful of them & will support this company whenever I can in the future.

for over a year, i have been on a quest to find bamboo base layer. i have developed a skin condition that makes wearing synthetic or the finest of marino wool closer to wearing barbed wire. i confess, at the age of 65, i was put off a bit by the name "boody" but gave it a shot anyway. i was able to find the perfect base layer tank that works for me. it should be noted that i live in a mile high town which means temps dip to 10 degrees in the winter and up to 110 in the summer. and (!!) during the summer, the nights can dip into the 40's. so what i wear has to be able to adapt to changes in temperatures just in a day not just a season. I was fortunate to obtain the high wasted, flare bottom pants, mid length leggings, crop bra and 6in "shorts" and i have been in heaven! my mother has a surgery coming up and needed something "light" and comfy that she could wear during surgery. i got her the padded crop bra. as a reference, my mother is 91. she tried it on and called me later that evening to tell me she forgot it was on and had gone to bed! the other proof of how much she loved it is when she wore it to church and to a night out on the town! she said this is the most comfortable bra she has ever worn! the bra is light weight, doesn't make you sweat, doesn't ride up, nothing to adjust or clasp. i can't say enough about boody, not only the comfort of the cloths, the styles and the quality but the customer service is second to none! they are kind, supportive and extremely helpful. if you have been on the fence about this brand, you need to get off the fence and get some boody!

The customer service was amazing. There was a mistake made on their end and I accidentally received a discontinued version of a product. The response after reaching out was very prompt and the HUMAN (very important) assisted me and kindly sent me the correct product to replace the mistaken one. They were very understanding and I feel like the problem was taken seriously and steps will be made I’m sure to prevent the same thing from happening to other customers. I will be gladly ordering from them again in the future!

Great company. I have a number of pieces that are staples in my rotation. Very comfortable and well made. The customer service is exceptional. I had a small issue and it was handled seamlessly and efficiently. The platform is guest friendly.

Boody is the real deal: stellar products, fast shipping and they stand by their product. When I had an issue with one of the bras I purchased it was an easy process to report the issue and a new bra was sent out to me. Love companies that stand by their products and also work to satisfy their customer. (They also support their products with environmental messaging- please recycle this shipping material, please recycle the old bra or consider taking it to a tailor for repair....)

My wife loves the fit and comfort of your underwear, and I love my sleep set (I have 2.). I prefer boxer briefs that have a fly, so I buy mine from Bombas. They are similar though have no bamboo content.

I am saturated with marketing from Boody on social media. If it wasn’t a business I’m perfectly fond of, it would be annoying I have to say. Only the density, not the products.
I bought my wife a v neck jump suit. After we determined she’s Large not a Medium, we ate both really happy with it.

The only think I dislike about the Boodiverse is Shop-Pay shop.com.

It’s a real step down from everything else about Boody. They are grossly disrespectful of customers BY DESIGN.

Give them the boot as soon as you can.

Exchange was easy. One item sent incorrectly but CS fixed the issue immediately. I previously ordered from Parade (loved their fun colors) but the went out of business.

Read reviews of Boody and decided to try. Love my new panty provider as they fit so comfortably. No roll down, stay in place.

I experienced an issue with a purchased bra, but Boody’s customer service was excellent. Their replies were prompt, helpful, and professional, and my issue was resolved from start to finish within a couple of days. I really appreciated how easy they made the process.

Everything about my order was wrong. Wrong size, wrong colors, wrong items, wrong number of items. Plus the company claims to be Australian but the packaging is Chinese. Fooled by China again. How sustainable can a company be when it’s manufactured in China?

I love the Boody brand, so comfortable and so many options. I love wireless bras, so much better for all women. The fabric is soft and doesn’t irritate your skin.Delivery was a nightmare, that was not Boody’s fault. The solution, customer service and follow up emails were excellent with all issues rectified. I felt they listened and responded quickly. Definitely buying more.

My experience was great. I had to return the product and there was a small glitch with the system. The customer service team was very accomodating and processed a refund the same day.

I was on a mission to find a bra I could tolerate and landed with Boody- super soft and comfortable. I like all the colors and matching panties too.
Now Boody are the only bras I wear!

I recently had a lumpectomy and radiation. After completing radiation, I needed new bras as my bras and sports bras were very uncomfortable. I came across the Boody website and found their recovery bras. I bought one and found it comfortable. I returned to the web site and bought another one in a different color. The bras were shipped quickly. I recommend Boody bras.
