It is impossible to get a human to…
It is impossible to get a human to respond. It took me a lot of time to try & figure out how to do a return. The pink bra's straps cut into my skin where they are sewn into the back. It is hard to try on the bras with the very sharp tag cutting onto my skin that needs to be adjusted.

I appreciate the great customer service with a maternity bra that the strap snapped just from normal use. After contacting Boody they offered not only a replacement but they let me pick which bra and color and everything I wanted as the replacement. It’s already shipped and will be here soon. The quality of their items is great and I’m happy to see that their customer service matches that too.

I live in Canada & just after I placed my order, Canada Post went on strike stranding my package somewhere. I waited for a couple weeks then contact customer service. Explained situation & they were super receptive & went right to work investigating the whereabouts of my order. When they contacted me they offered me options of how we ciuld handle this situation. They could refund me my order or reship my items. I appreciated the time they took to help me with my situation, even when it wasnt their fault. Customer satisfaction is #1 with Boody... Thank you!!!

I have to say I LOVE the bras! as does my daughter and granddaughter. She is new to the whole bra experience and loves the softness of the fabric. I used to be a strict Tommy John girl. Not any more!

Great customer service and great products! These are staples in my wardrobe. I had one faulty product that was not only immediately replaced, but they also did the due diligence to track the batch so they can keep quality control high. Excellent.

Customer for life
After receiving my order, my bra strap snapped instantly. I was so disappointed since I was looking forward to my new item. I contacted the customer service team and they took care of me same day. They instantly sent me a new one and let me keep the damaged one so I could repair it. The team was friendly professional and took responsibility for their product. It's been a long time since I had customer service like this and I appreciate it so much. They just made a customer for life.
