I was able to send my friend a box for the arrival of her new baby - something for her, something for the baby, something for her husband! It's great to be able to make your own box. Even more little things under £5 would be great so you can fill it easily. You do have to make sure you order in time as it's not always easy to find an instant delivery and delivery isn't cheap but much better than sending a an amazon package!

First time using Bookblock and I must say I am impressed. It was very easy to create and personalise a box for one of my team members. The package was ent straight to her home address with no fuss or issues. Will definitely use again.

Delivery almost a week overdue.
I ordered a gift for my niece well in advance of her birthday and the parcel still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer services and even though i got a refund for the delivery fee, I still have no idea about the status of my order or when it might arrive to its destination.
EDIT: customer service is great, and response has been received since the review was posted.

Very easy ordering system, good flexibility to choose what gift package to send and delivered all without a hitch! Just what I needed.

So many gorgeous gifts to choose from for my sister's surprise hamper and so beautifully presented! Only thing that wasn't true to the image was I thought a headband was navy and when it arrived it was almost white/light baby blue. My sister would have preferred navy. Other than that - fantastic.

There is a good variety to choose from to suit your budget whether you are making your own box or selecting a pre-made one.
The only downside is that postage and choosing a box (other than standard) can add a lot onto the price
