Some functional issues but otherwise OK.
Service and communication excellent. I have had it for a while but only started to use recently.
Tool nice and light, grass edging is also very good.
The finish on mowing with fixed blade is average so far…might be I need more practice.
Main issue I have had is that the start trigger on handle sticks and when stop you have to jiggle the safety button around to get it to go in to get the machine stated again. Gets to be very frustrating.
So easy to use because light weight but for same reason has some issues with operation.
Have given the 4 stars primarily for service/communication from company and edging function.

Lawnmo win
Love the Lawnmo. Cleaned up around our large patio in a minute, gets underneath our hedges, close to the trees and so many other tricky spots. Within 5 min I knew it was going to save me hours of work.

What a wonderful Aussie company to be dealing with. I knew that I could trust them by the friendly updating emails as to when I could receive my order. When 'Larry the Lawno' finally arrived, I was so excited that I sat just admiring him for a few days. (It was too wet to mow) so Larry and I got to know each other before I put him to work. What a tough little guy he is. And now my friends want to borrow him!! Get your own is my reply...lol

Good machine.
Overall, quite satisfied....does a good job. I did find that it took me about 3 sets of trimmer heads to get used to NOT breaking the wires on concrete or very thick grass, dirt ... I have to ease off and be very careful in those situations ... but getting better at it now.

Great customer service
After a few hiccups with the Lawno on delivery, Anna and Zoren eventually sorted the problem out.
Then I received a replacement battery and charger (which both worked this time).
I then purchased a second battery because one doesn't last long and takes longer to recharge.
What I set out to do with the Lawno has now been completed. 👏👏
And, NO, I do not wish to return it. It's definitely a keeper for me. So easy to use. Although some weeds took a bit of perseverance and a lot of choice words!!
Excellent machine for us oldies. Thank you.

Great tool
I received my Lawno approx. a week after purchasing and it is a great tool.
It's easy to use, light weight and gets the job done for my small garden.
I think its a tool to be used regularly when the grass is not too long as it can get a bit hard to mow, especially on buffalo grass when it's quite thick.

I used the Lawno for the first time…
I used the Lawno for the first time last weekend. I'm very impressed with how it works. I have a disability so the fact it has wheels is awesome. I don't have to carry it i can just roll it along to where I need it. When I do need to pick it up it's weight is not a problem. So now I don't have to wait until hubby comes home to do the edges. Also it's great for getting into those awkward places. Highly recommend.

Best purchase ever!
At first, I was sceptical about how lightweight the lawn gadget was, but I was very impressed with how well it handled my overgrown, thick edges. I ended up using 3 trimmers to get the job done, but I know it will only require one in the future if I do it regularly. That is the best thing about it, as it is so easy to use. Just click on the battery and go. Not having to thread a cord or deal with the usual jamming, but just using the supplied tool to undo the head and pop on a new one in literally 30 seconds is a game changer. I didn't even have to change anything to use it as a whipper snipper to do around poles or trees. I just turned it on its side. Because it is so lightweight, it didn't gouge into the grass or leave any evidence like others do by cutting lower than the mowed grass. It arrived in 2 days in perfect packaging with very easy-to-follow assembly instructions. I will no longer have to prepare or make time to do the lawns. I would compare it to the same thing as using a battery-operated blower. No waiting for the right time or conditions, and with zero effort. My lawn and edges now look like they never need doing. I am a very short 66-year-old female who has had multiple surgeries on my back and hip and who always struggled with equipment being too long, heavy and time-consuming. Finally, a company that recognises that gardening equipment needs to be designed to be simple enough for all demographics.

Great product 1 flaw
Delivery was quick, instructions are great. I've only used it once and it's light enough that I didn't get a sore back or shoulders. And it does a great job! The only thing I've found that is hard is pressing the safety button down. It's quite hard. And it's very hard to use if you're left handed. After a few minutes of pressing the button your thumb gets a bit sore.

For the left-handed challenge, a handy tip that works well for many customers is to start The Lawno with your right hand on the safety button and trigger, then once it is running comfortably, you can let go of the safety button and transfer it across to your left hand to guide it. This way you get the machine going without the awkward reach and can still use it the way that feels most natural for you.
And for the thumb soreness, do not be afraid to take a short rest every few minutes to give it a breather. Little breaks make a big difference, especially when you are still getting used to it. Your feedback on the safety button is also something we are genuinely passing on to our product team, as it is exactly the kind of insight that shapes future improvements.
