My lawnmower man was not doing my edges the way I wanted them done. So I started trying to do them myself, using my secateurs. This was back breaking!
Luckily I saw an advertisement for the Lawno. This beautiful, lightweight garden tool has given me the ability to go ahead and trim my edges without pain.

Most of us have had a bad experience buying online, well let me prove to you Gardeners Crate will never let you down. They promise a worry-free 3 year warrant and they absolutely stand by it. After just a couple of months of using my Lawno almost every day, I warn you its addictive, it’s that good, but without warning it suddenly had a problem that I could not figure or fix. Contacted Gardeners Crate support team who came back to me same day. They sincerely did everything to help identify the problem, including a video, and how I might fix it. Obvious this was not a common problem, just a freak, random part failure. Without hesitation, they sent me a brand-new replacement, not a second hand refurbished, no what arrived was a brand-new machine. My son told me to keep the broken one for spare parts, I think that’s a man thing?

They kept me well informed about the progress of my order and the videos are very informative I really like that it is so light and that it does the edges perfectly
I would recommend this small Aussie company to anyone and I will spread the good work by mouth

Checked with Trust Pilot before purchase. All good. So purchased. Gardener’s crate kept me up to date with dates sending, emails etc.
It arrived before the original expected date.
It works a treat. Extremely happy. Perfect for me.

I’m 61 with a decades old back injury and a recent total knee replacement that have restricted doing mowing and strimming.
Like many I was sceptical but with the 30 day trial, I thought why not give this a try
My Lawno arrived today which was ahead of expected shipping date. The hardest part of setting it up was actually, no joke, getting it out of the box!
Once I’d managed that, the instructions are super easy to follow and I had it put together and was grass cutting in under 20 minutes.
Sections of the grass were above knee hight and only once did it wrap around and stop the cutter. Easy to fix by simply pulling out the grass like you would pull long hair out of a curled brush.
It took longer to rake and brush up than it did to cut and trim all the very out of control grass.
I can’t recommend The Lawno enough. It is brilliant.

Thoughtfully packaged, easy to assemble, excellent instructions and YouTube guides, excellent communication. For once you feel like you are dealing with genuine and nice people!
Like many tools, it will take me a while to master it. My first attempt was fairly successful - I have some challenging lawns and edges. Having said that, it is 1,000 times better than my old whipper snipper. I have now thrown that out!!!! PS it is powerful too. Recomended.

Machine is very light and easy to use, excellent for a wiper sniper or edging. No more pain in the arms or shoulders like other machines. Instructions are easy to follow and good manuals with examples. I contacted with customer service in a very fast , honest and reliable way. You can feel honesty behind the people and love for the product. I highly recommend it . Even for elder people where internet and technology is not the best the printed instructions that came with machine are super easy to follow.

The Lawno works exactly as described in the videos I saw. It fits the couple of tricky places I have to mow making my job so much easier.

Doing the lawn edges are a breeze with the guiding wheels. The result is a clean professional looking job. Changing from edging to mowing or trimming configuration is a breeze allowing the whole lawn to be maintained with one piece of equipment

Order arrived when expected and included lots of printed and electronic information. The machine is sturdier than expected and easy to assemble. My 10 year old granddaughter put it together by following the very clear instructions. As mentioned by others and as expected, the mower function is only up to doing very small areas of lawn. It is ideal for a small enclosed courtyard area of our garden and the flip down guard protects the shrubs and flowers when mowing around those garden edges. The trimmer and edger handle very stubborn buffalo grass really well. Its size and ease of use makes it really handy for quick tidy up jobs. Keep your larger mower for the heavy duty and large areas. After reading previous reviews and website advice I purchased a spare battery. The machine has met all expectations and we are very satisfied with our purchase.
