My son hates doing the lawn
My son hates doing the lawn - but he loves the lawno! Easy to use, comfortable ( at 180cms not all snipper type products are ), light, & does a wonderful job.
His only real complaint was battery life, but since it gives him a break, it's not really much of a complaint - & once he gets the lawn back under control, the battery life will probably be more than sufficient.
A great buy that we're really happy with - thanks lawno

A son who hates doing the lawn but loves The Lawno. Penny, that might be the greatest endorsement we have ever received! Comfortable for someone at 180cm, easy to use and doing a wonderful job. On the battery life, just a handy tip to make sure it is fully charged before heading out. You will know it is ready when all three bars on the battery indicator are lit up.

Delighted with Lawno!
We have 2 1/2 acres and we are aging, so the Lawno means I can help with this lightweight, efficient mower and edger in small areas that my husband can't always get to because of the scale of the work.

The tool I have been waiting for.
This is the tool I have been waiting for. I have a problem with my spine (old age) and cannot drag my mower or whipper snipper around. The Lawno is perfect for me as I can complete small sections at a time without back pain. It does a great job.

Lawno is great but worry about ongoing cost of blades
I love the idea of supporting a small Aussie business. This is what persuaded me to buy the lawno. I used it to mow a small area of grass and I love the fact that it is lightweight and easy to use. I may need to practice a bit as I hacked the lawn a bit. I would probably still mow our grass with our electric mower. I changed over the pieces to do the edges and I was really impressed at how quick and easy it was to do professional looking edges. However, after doing these 2 things, the blade attachment had worn right down which made me realise that this could become quite expensive to replace the $15 blades after each use. I love the lawno but I fear it is like buying a printer which is relatively cheap, but the replacement ink costs a fortune. I will probably only use it to do the lawn edges occasionally. This would be my only 'sore' point with this product.

The great news is that blade wear is almost always down to technique rather than the blades themselves, and a small adjustment can make each set last significantly longer. Most customers find that once they nail the angle and approach, one set of blades goes much further than expected.

Lawno does everything promised
Lawno does everything promised. In fact I bought a second battery so I could always have one on charge. There’s no need to stop & recuperate as the lawno is very lightweight, so I can keep going for longer, much longer than the 45ish minutes the battery lasts!

good product but only for a small lawn
good product but only for a small lawn, i have 20 sq metres and it is better then spending 1K on a mower and edger, easy to instal , instructions are good , i think a 5 amp battery would be better as one battery last about 15 minutes or a little more , but you can buy 2 batteries, needs to be able to get battery out of charger easier for older people but i assume it will release better with time ,

Never having to fight with a trimmer…
Never having to fight with a trimmer line reel again makes this the best purchase ever! Easy to use, not too heavy, lots of helpful information on how to get started and tips before use. And the box had a great graphic design on the inside :)

Lawno - Excellent product and excellent service
Both the Lawno product and the customer service have been great. I bought the Lawno for a couple of specific jobs, where I need to use a whipper snipper as the lawnmower doesn't fit ot the jobs are delicate. Previously I had to use our old whipper snipper which is battery operated and worked fine but was too heavy and too large for me to use it accurately and without getting jelly arms before the job was done. Lawno could be adjusted to make the geometry right for me and it did the job easily. Its got a smaller cutting circle than our larger whipper snipper but the fact that I can use it without getting tired and without gouging things I didnt want to means the extra pass or 2 needed isn't issue. Especially as you can whipper snip with the wheels on (although its easy to take them off), ie in the air or as a mower. I even ended up using it to tackle some dense long grass and cape weed to shorten it before mowing with our regular mower, and I was pleased to find it could handle that as well. My one small issue is that I can't start it left-handed easily, so I start it in my right hand and then use it left or right handed as needed. They have taken that feedback on board.
As for customer service, I had one query before and one after I purchased, and both emails were answered promptly, in detail and to my satisfaction. They also sent through links to videos showing how to assemble and use the Lawno. I don't think they could do anything else to support their customers.

Great product
I find it easy to use.I find the blade runs out very quickly and the battery runs out very quickly.I have only done edging so far.They had not been done for ages so next time should be quicker.I am 66 yrs old with arthritis so was very good for me to handle.Written and online instructions were very easy to understand.

Parcel arrived promptly
Parcel arrived promptly. Didn't quite find it as easy to assemble as the video or leaflet said but that's probably because I'm a bit challenged in that direction. Fine once I got it sorted. Used it on edges that hadn't been done for awhile and it was easy to use and did the job well. Much lighter than old whipper snipper and didn't have to try and load line which I found impossible with arthritis

Edging and trimming are great but we have a scruffy mixture of kikuyu and weeds which the poor wee Lawno had trouble with. But the good news is I could actually DO some edges even with my Parkies. 😊👋🏽

The lawno is a small machine but has a lot of power I have been using the machine on thick grass and weeds,really thick. Eventually the grass wraps around the cutter so I have to take it apart

Lots of power on seriously thick grass and weeds — that is great to hear! For very long or dense growth, a really helpful tip is to use the trimming function first to cut it down to a more manageable height before switching to mowing. This prevents the grass wrapping around the cutter and makes the whole job much smoother and quicker. Give that a try, and we think you will find it makes a big difference! Ease of assembling and using Lawno
The instructions for putting the Lawno together, were well written and illustrated, and the video instructions helped to make it relatively easy to achieve on my own! I have very painful Osteoarthritis in my hands and throughout my body, so it has been encouraging to now have something that I can use to be able to maintain my small lawn area that I have in my new home, that is also not too heavy to manage on my own!

Pleased I made the decision to buy the Lawnmo
The ordering and delivery was simple with quick delivery.
My daughter put it together very easily.
My lawn was very long with bad edges. My new Lawnmo was so easy to use and I know, now that they are shorter it will be even easier. Light to use and move across the lawn.
The edges look great and were so easy to cut. Took us a little while to work out the edging side of the process but we did it. I’m so pleased I made the decision to buy this product. I’m 75 and will be doing the lawn myself in the future.
