Pleased I made the decision to buy the Lawnmo
The ordering and delivery was simple with quick delivery.
My daughter put it together very easily.
My lawn was very long with bad edges. My new Lawnmo was so easy to use and I know, now that they are shorter it will be even easier. Light to use and move across the lawn.
The edges look great and were so easy to cut. Took us a little while to work out the edging side of the process but we did it. I’m so pleased I made the decision to buy this product. I’m 75 and will be doing the lawn myself in the future.

Absolutely love my Lawno
Absolutely love my Lawno, it has done exactly what Gardners Crate advertise, no gimmicks true to their word, if you can no longer lift heavy edgers, whipper snippers then you can't go past the Lawno.
Highly recommend this product.

I found the mower rear wheels fell off…
I found the mower rear wheels fell off pretty easily.. If they hit something they just slid off. Admittedly they slid back on just as quick. Gets a bit annoying. Thanks.

Seamless ordering and delivery process. Trustworthy Aussie business. Great tips and advice. The Lawno is quite powerful which I discovered when trying out the edger.
I went through 3 blades very quickly through my inexperience on my first go but I will follow the useful tips provided and will no doubt master the technique. The Lawno is so light and easy to use and really makes light work of what was once quite a chore !!

The instructions are easy to understand.
It was easy to add attachments & so light weight as a mower, edger or whippet snipper. I’m not left handed but found when I swapped to my left hand to mow it was still easy to push.
It’s a god send.

WOW great tool
Single 65+ yr old female - so easy to assemble. All the emails with all the tips, videos and help were fantastic. Used my Lawno and it is as good as you said it would be. I just need to perfect my use of it which I know will only take a couple of goes. So easy to use and my back is not aching!

I don't usually buy on line
I don't usually buy on line. I found that the experience with your company was easy. I felt safe because your an Australian company. I felt like I could trust you and if any issues I could actually be in touch easier. (Even drive to SA and sort it out! )The delivery time was way quicker than I expected.
I have assembled the unit but due to rain I have not used it as yet.

I have never needed to whipper snip (it was always hubby's job). Unfortunately, due to his ill health, the job is now mine but there was no way I could use the heavy petrol line trimmer we had. I have been gradually replacing my own garden tools with battery alternatives so thought I would give Lawno a try.
Being directionally challenged and never great at putting things together, I followed the instruction videos. They were very helpful and more useful to me than the printed instructions (which I will use in future if I need a quick refresh).
I won't lie; it took me a little while to master whipper snipping but once I got the hang of it, I was very proud of myself and didn't do too bad a job for my first time ever. I will need to practice edging, that wasn't great, but I think it was a combination of the user and the wet ground being too soft and muddy. I don't mind mowing with a standard mower, but using the Lawno was almost like vacuuming! Again, I'll practice that a bit more as my standard mower does a neater job.
I might consider a second battery but will see if I get quicker once I know what I am doing.
I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend the Lawno - for the record I am in my 60's and found it much easier on the body!!

I think this product is amazing!
I think this product is amazing. It's definitely a game changer for me - no more lifting mowers up stairs or changing equipment to make garden maintenance take longer than it should.
My only worry is that most of it is made out of plastic so i wonder how long it will last?

I initially thought the Lawno sounded…
I initially thought the Lawno sounded too good to be true, so I did some searching online and found that it was the real deal. So I bought one.
Well, needless to say, I'm impressed. I've done my edges, which I've always had to do by hand, trimmed along the path, gone around all the trees and raised garden beds and it was all so easy. I also did some mowing but had a few issues there. I was holding it at the wrong angle and digging into the lawn a bit. But I'll practice till I get it right. Overall, a great lightweight machine, easy to maneuver. Didn't take too long to arrive and notifications along the way.

They are wonderful. They are a great local company in SA. I was honest as they sent me another kit instead of just a spare battery. So i got intouch with them of what had happened and they were lovely. Next i am told that i can keep the extra kit which i will give to my girlfriend or family. Thankyou so much you have made my day. I had an issue with the spindle button…
I had an issue with the spindle button not engaging and therefore not locking the rotating head and allowing the blades to be tightened. I emailed them for help and received a response with 2 hours with a suggestion that resolved the problem. I'm normally sceptical of service claims but I was genuinely surprised by the response. Well done Gardeners Crate.
