Pretty patterned cards, sometimes the site functionality can be a bit buggy but perhaps teething issues. Nicely designed cards, albeit generally A5 in size.

The gift I ordered was delivered 5 days later than the expected arrival date and I wasn’t informed there was a delay. The box arrived damaged so I emailed to complain. After multiple emails chasing it up it’s taken almost 8 weeks for them to process me a refund of £2 for the damaged box. The customer service has been beyond horrendous and to only offer me a £2 refund for the whole inconvenience is a joke. I won’t ever be buying from them again and I encourage others not to either.

So I ordered a couple of gifts in a box and since I am ordering for someone in UK from another country, I have lots of questions. The representatives in the chat service were really accommodating and they answered all of my questions accurately. About the delivery, I selected a specific date for it to be delivered and the parcel arrived 2 days earlier which is a really good one for me since it shows how efficient they are. I really had a good experience with Bookblock and might order again some other time because the gifts made my partner really happy this Valentine's. ❤️

Relatively easy to select box and items wanted to gift. Would like more chocolate selections, champagne truffles etc or more gourmet sweets.
Some items were available in readymade boxes but not available for make ur own gift box. Card good selection. Need more choice with variable price points. More candles, more bath products, pamper gifts etc.

Some luxury product option and it is nice for gifts but expensive - got marshmallow hot cholate for £10 -

The products were great and well priced. Delivery was a little on the slow side, but all products came intact. Would buy again but probably order further in advance.

So easy, great service, and really cheered my friend up with the Hug in a Box. I added a personalised card, and some sweet treats and found it from start to finish a pleasure to use. The gift arrived on the day and within the time frame allocated. What more can you ask.

Good service exactly as advertised. A little late being delivered but otherwise all happy. Would use again.

My experience of trying to send a simple birthday package:
1. Sent box to wrong address
2. Tried to tell me that they didn't and the person who I sent it to actually received it.
3. Eventually offered a replacement.
4. As there were days in-between replies from customer service I was asked to repick unavailable items 3 times.
5. Resent box to with wrong address so it was returned to them.
6. I had to reconfirm the address.
7. Items once again not available so I've been asked to repick.

My brothers birthday was 6 weeks ago and I'm still dealing with Book Block.

Go somewhere else to get a hamper made.
