They Will Steal Your Books and Money!
The buyer rejected our deal and I sent the money requested to return the book. It has now been over 25 business days and the tracking provide shows the only progress that has been made is the return label was created. I have messaged BookDeal many times with minimal to no help. At this point they have stolen my book and the money paid to return it. I absolutely would not sell my books here again!

After reviewing your case, we see that you made a deal on April 26, 2024, for one book. On May 16, 2024, the book buyer informed us that the book was unacceptable due to binding damage and moisture damage. Following this, you paid $5 for the book return request. According to our policy, the book buyer is required to return the book to you within 14 days of receiving the return request.
Unfortunately, we have been informed that during the return process, the book went missing. As a resolution, we have paid the original quoted amount plus the shipping cost, totaling $101.93, on June 24, 2024.
We understand that this experience has been unsatisfactory and would like to assure you that this is not the level of service we strive to provide. We value your business and would like to make this right. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
