Romance Reveal Book Box Avis 

I love the books. They pick the books the books that I got for October. One of them has been on my TBR for a while like long while so when I open the box and I seen it was in there I got all excited because I kept forgetting to buy it and now I have it. I just had to figure out where I put it on my bookshelf, but did one of the two bookshelf that I have so no I love dealing with reveal a box they sent me great books and I can’t wait to read them so I definitely recommend reveal a box. They definitely pick books that I definitely will read and then they picked one that they didn’t even know I wanted and I forgot about.

Both choices were excellent. Love the little trinkets that comes in the box as well. I switched from Book of the Month club. Not going back.

I always receive at least one to two books that I’m not excited about at all and 1-2 that I’m excited to read.

I'm on box 8 of my subscription and I've absolutely loved everything I've gotten! :) All the books have been on my TBR list!! It's like Christmas every month, waiting for the box to get here. I've done so much more reading too! It's been absolutely worth it!

The books in the merchandise that come in my boxes are amazing. This is the only reveal box I've ever gotten. And I love it

I’ve only gotten two boxes but I’ve loved them both! The books are signed and all sound really good. I think a lot of thought is put into the little items in the boxes as well. Shipping is fast! I wish I would have subscribed to this box sooner!

The books I've been sent seem like great reads, definitely something I'd add to my TBR on my own. So far I'm enjoying this subscription.

I am an avid reader and will devour most books in a day. I love the fact that every month I receive 2 books that are signed by the author. My husband has built me a huge bookshelf that I am slowly filling up. I cannot wait for my next box.

Also, as long as you check the boxes for the troupes you love, you will never receive anything you dont like. I recommend this to everyone I know who love to read!

I put in my seven preferences which yes they have you select 7 ideal book preferences so they can better understand your wants in a book! Which is fantastic because this way if they don’t have one of the options they’ll have 6 others to choose from! The books come beautifully packaged with a bookmark and stickers very pretty and ships pretty fast to. Great customer service I did switch from two books a month to one cause I’m a slower reader I just wanted two options in case I finished one to fast then I’ll have another one.

I would not recommend this to anyone. I didn’t expect to HAVE to choose 7 tropes that I’d be interested in. That forced me to say I like tropes that I really don’t care for. I tried reaching out to customer service about a 30% off email for the first box…. That I got AFTER I already purchased my first box. They literally never responded. I decided to try it on a 2nd box, and it ended up working. The 2 books I got I have absolutely zero interest in. One being a book about a mother who loses her baby. As a mother who has lost a child, I have NO DESIRE to read any books pertaining to that. Again, I reached out to customer service and got absolutely no response. I cancelled my subscription and will never recommend this service to anyone. Their customer service is atrocious.

The idea of picking your preferred genres with this box is a waste of time. I did two orders of this box and out of the 4 books I got 1 is in any of the genres I chose. The "gifts" are worse than the cheap things you find on tiktok surprise videos that clearly came from temu. The worst part of all for me was actually that when I opened my second box they had clearly sprayed it with a cheap perfume that smelled like rose...which I'm allergic to. Overall a decent introduction to some new indie authors of you don't mind getting cheap junk and books you probably won't be interested in reading.

I have been a subscriber for years and I still get so excited every single month that it comes! I absolutely love seeing which books they choose for me and am rarely disappointed by the choices! Overall, this is by far my favorite book box I’ve ever subscribed to and you can’t beat it for the price!

Timely delivery of the box, AMAZING chosen books that fit my preferred tropes, and a fantastic variety of goodies that come inside. All-in-all, one of my favorite subscriptions.

I started with just the single book as I have never tried one of these before and month after month I haven't gotten a book that I didn't enjoy. I just upgraded to a multiple book box and i'm so excited to see what I get. This has saved me money and introduced me to Authors and books I wouldn't normally buy or be introduced to otherwise. I would recommend this box to anyone who enjoys a good romance.

I love these books. I run fewother business I use the swag to go in for prizes soon I'm going to up it to the 4 book box I live the personal signature to. Also I love that I can place myself in the time of the book.

I'm not very happy with my first box of 4 books. The swag isn't really swagging if you know what I mean. Also i got a book from a genre I didn't choose and I made many choices. I didn't do the minimum. With them having the ability to pick from all of their books they still sent me one from a style I didn't choose and don't enjoy. Really disappointed.

I reached out to customer service and was informed that it fell under a category i misunderstood. I suggested that maybe they give a description of what they consider each genre. I was told that basically maybe this service wasn't right for me. Not sure how that is very good customer service. Also they said they don't have to follow the preferences. In my case it was a difference in what I thought they meant for a category. I didn't ask for a replacement. I just asked that they do what they could to prevent this in the future and not act defensive because I came to them with a problem. I was not rude. I just wanted to understand why I got the book I didn't think fit my preferences. They called it a mystery box too. Yet advertise it as to your preferences. So I get mixed messages from them.

In the end it's fun if you want the random books that are signed by the author but you know there are many many signed copies so just expect random books and if you want the swag it's pretty cheap stuff that's not really worth it.

Once you add shipping for the same price you could pick books and know you'll be happy with them. I thought it would be fun to have them be a surprise as I've been reading romance since I was a teen. I'm new to the book subscriptions thing so I did some research and found that many people suggest other services and I'm now on the wait list for those.

I did contact customer service and give them a few days to respond to ask why I should keep their services before I canceled and got no reply. I guess it's for the best as their customer service agent that told me maybe this service wasn't for me is not the kind of person I want to give my money to. I don't expect the world. I do hope for compassion and a desire to help and fix any issues. They saw it as it was not an issue and really frustrated me with the way they talked to me for example this "We do care very much about our readers and we make every effort to correct issues when we make a mistake. However, we are not Amazon. We are a small business" I don't think they realize how defensive this sounds as well as the fact that they didn't offer any solution and ignored my suggestion to update the preferences so everyone knows what they mean.

The funny thing is with Amazon I can buy exactly what I want to read for the same price per book. So they aren't helping by bringing this up. I'm not looking to pay the same price for books and get books i won't read. It being a surprise isn't fun if you get stuff you can't use. I gave them a very easy solution that would be more inclusive of every type of reader.

So be careful with this company. I hope this helps people to know what they may be dealing with. It's probably a great service if you have low expectations but I don't feel like they would fix any issues as they told me both that the book was in my preferences and that it didn't matter as they are allowed to not follow the preferences.

I always look forward to my box! All the sweet, fun, and thoughtful goodies inside. It's like getting a package from a friend. Oh, plus the awesome books I receive & get to add to my collection.

I love getting my subscription box! Every month if different and I get a variety of books and swag. I've been getting the box for a couple years now and get so excited when I see that pink box in the mail!
