Why claim the initial £9 is refundable if you’re not going to actually refund it, OR respond to any messages about it? Sneaky way to then charge an additional cost. They do not provide any option to cancel it as well, apparently it’s an auto subscription from what I’m gathering by the other reviews. I need it cancelled now!

Such a poor service. They send you fake booking slots and tell you there is no slot after you have logged in to make changes. They are bunch of liars. I was charged £9 and £28 and got nothing out of it. Scammers. Make sure you don’t fall in their trap.

signed up with bookdrivingtest.co (came up top in google search and apparently had good reviews. Pretty sure it's a fraud. I got peppered with emails saying there were loads of different slots available at the centres I booked, which I have to say is unlikely to be true. I clicked on one and was taken through the DVSA website. I entered my licence details and then got a security message saying that as I'd accessed via a banned website, I was in danger of having my account suspended. Absolutely do not waste your hard earned money on these criminals.

I would avoid am 99% certain it a scam paid £9 then kept sending me earlier test dates one was at 1am really then 8pm when my test centre don't do them at them times ive ask for a refund no reply . AVOID INLESS U WANT TO LOST MONEY

Ive tried to get a test for weeks to no avail, so decided to register with this late last night , next day it was saying tests were available allday however when i tried to book them they were none ...none of other sites im registered with had said there were any available , then i noticed there were tests coming up on sunday , DVSA do not offer tests on a sunday where i live ! Safe to say this is a con .... save yourself cash ,i phoned my bank to let them know i stupidly shared my bank xetails with this company to make sure they did not get access to more cash ! Have emailed to complain ..blanked

The platform is really straightforward and does exactly what it promises. I set my preferences and soon after I was offered an earlier test date. Everything was handled smoothly, and I didn’t have to keep checking the DVSA site myself. Well worth it.

I started using the service in May. At first, I did receive notifications, but I wasn’t always able to act immediately to book a test slot. So later on, I purchased the auto booking service. From the moment I paid for it, everything went completely silent. I stopped receiving any updates at all — even the previous messages saying that a certain date had available slots completely disappeared.

After waiting five months for nothing, the outcome was exactly what you would expect: they provided no appointment dates or times whatsoever. It was a complete waste of money. For comparison, I was using other booking services at the same time, including other websites and WhatsApp groups, and those did provide me with the availability I needed for my area.

I believe their scam works like this: when you only buy the basic notification service, they send you so-called availability alerts — whether real or not is impossible to tell. By the time you try to use the slot, it may already be outdated, so you feel tempted to upgrade to the auto booking service. Once you pay for that, you’ve fallen into their trap. They can then ignore you entirely, because the scam is complete and the money is already in their hands.

They will claim that they have fulfilled the service and that their system has always been “scanning the DVLA website”, and that it’s simply unfortunate no suitable slots appeared for your preferred dates. But the real question is… does such a system even exist?

Paid for automatic slot finder back in may I have tried to get refund but getting zero response i cant even log into my account with them or when emailing the support team I get email report saying no email address found
They should be investigated for being a fraudulent scam company

Total Waste of time and money, does not alert you all cancellations and when the alerts for random ones do come through they are way too late.

Not gonna lie 1 star is too high for a service like this. Was waiting for a test for a test to be found for over 7 months and you could guess they were never able to provide me with a test. I have now passed my driving test not thanks to their ultimate driving package priced at I believe £50 with a 30 day test guarantee or money back. Tried contacting support to sort this issue don't really provide and constructive response just a bunch of useless information additionally now their emails are coincidentally not working and I cannot even log into my account.

AVOID!!!!! I signed up in good faith at no point in 5 months did we get a cancellation. I contacted customer support and was advised i would receive a refund if the test was taken, my daughter took her test and passed in October! Funnily enough they've now gone silent. I won't let this lie and will take the matter further if i don't get my refund!!!!

I paid for the automatic booking slot service back in may/june. They said they would find me a slot within 6 weeks and if they do not they would issue me a refund (this was said in an email from their support team). The 6 weeks go by and they did not find my a slot, they outright refused to give me a refund. It is now November and they have not found me a slot and I can no longer sign into the website. I have tried contacting their support team but they never respond to my emails. I paid for the service and got nothing in return and cant even login.

They are fraud and please dont book them, they took £80 from me and promise to find me a practical driving test at my preferred. Now my email address is blocked and they refuse to get in touch with me.

Driving instructor shouldn’t allow y tu o book a test. Recently I am trying to book a test for my son but i couldn’t get a slot. Driving instructor offer me £160 which is ridiculous. 😡😡😡🤬🤬

UK has become one of the worst countr where to live. The booking system for practical driving test is misleading, cheating, ridiculous. Africa is becoming more developed. Think about it! There is no way to book a driving test, even two years in advance!

Paid £19 for the app and a further £49 for the auto book, which they stated has a 99% success rate in 30 days. Then no contact or driving test found for 4 months and no reply to my emails.

Scam, waste of time and money.

I have been waiting nearly 5 months and paid the automatic booking fee. You are then left in limbo with no updates from the company at all. My friends have had success with other apps but my advice is Loog onto DVSA on a Monday morning at 5.30 am and accept that you won't get one for 5 months. There's no ability to contact the company other than via a chat bot
