We spent two full days with Mahmoud Nour of Book Egypt Travel and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We booked with him based on a personal recommendation, and he truly exceeded our expectations.

Mahmoud was incredibly helpful even beyond the tours themselves, offering great hotel recommendations and crafting a thoughtful, well-paced itinerary for our time in Luxor. Over two days, we visited nearly all of the major sites best explored with a guide, and we learned an enormous amount along the way.

He is deeply knowledgeable, an excellent storyteller, and has a real talent for bringing ancient history to life. Even though Luxor was our final stop after a fairly long trip through Egypt, we still learned many new and fascinating things from him. His English is excellent, and he is personable, engaging, and easy to talk to.

The experience was seamless from start to finish. He arranged a courteous, professional driver and included two excellent lunch stops as part of the itinerary. At the end of the tour, he even went out of his way to take us to a cotton shop at our request so I could find a gift. Nothing ever felt rushed.

the 4night cruise (Farah) from luxor was recommended and now i truly appreciate we did it. i was hesitant about a stationed hotel but it wrked out with all the temples you have to see.

Visiting a foreign country and planning for the trip can be stressful, especially when you don't know the language, culture and people.
we wanted to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. And at the same time had travel constraints about how much our parents could walk.

Mahmoud Nour helped us plan and book the one week all inclusive Hurghada resort, Luxor, Luxor to Aswan cruise, Cairo, and Alexandria, included all transportation, museum tickets, personal Egyptologist guide, lunch, and more. Why Mahmoud ? We found Mahmoud, recommended by some youtubers, more than 2 years ago, when first decided to visit Egypt. We saw and liked the video clips, contacted Mahmoud, and he proved to be passionate, knowledgeable, capable, and, yes, we sensed that we can put our trust in him. And we were right! We had the great luck and pleasure to have Mahmoud, as our daily guide in Luxor, the Sonesta cruise, and Aswan! Even away in Cairo, and Alexandria, Mahmoud was in contact with us making sure our needs are properly addressed. We have been lucky enough to visit the Great Egiptian Museum, just days after the official opening. Also, for instance, he followed up when, at short notice, Egypt Air changed the flight departure hour, so that the shuttle to airport timing got easily adjusted. For us, still fresh with tons of info about temples, kings, queens, dynasties, gods, history, we already concluded it was a fantastic lifetime vacation to remember. This company was amazing for our four days in Egypt. We didn’t have any issues as Mahmoud planned both Cairo and Luxor trips and we didn’t have to worry about anything. He booked the cars, site tickets, and personalized tours and it was all catered to what we wanted. He gave a recommendations on what makes sense location wise, and suggested other things to do as well.
