Bookme Avis 8

I tried to book one hour tickets for the odyssey Sensory Maze in Queenstown throught Bookme. It appeared to be a good discount but it pretty immediatrly became unclear what I was booking. Turned out when I showed up I got the one loop ticket which I had to upgrade onsite. Once the upgrade was included I got no discount. Very misleading in ordering via Bookme, at least for this attraction.

Great pricing, great experiences, great communication – Just about to return home to the Netherlands after 2 months across Australia and New-Zealand. Was recommend Bookme through another traveller when first landed and couldn't believe this was a real website! Deals really seemed too good to be true... Ever since hesitantly booking my first Whale Watching cruise in Sydney and having a blast, I have booked all my activities in AU and NZ through Bookme!! The experiences were great, the pricing even better. When a tour got cancelled due to weather, communication with the team was smooth and quick, refund was in my account within 4 days! Haven't had the time to do the west coast of Australia yet (something for the bucket list!) so I'll be back for more :)

Visited Auckland with kids and hubby for the weekend recently and used Bookme for everything! We did Ice-Skating and Crystal Mountain and bought both for 1/2 the price!!, plus booked our dinner as well saving 50%!!
Have sent to all the friends as well. This is a must use site wish I knew about it sooner.

have found this site via a voucher with One.NZ. Bookme.co.nz saves us heaps as a family but we used the ONE.NZ rewards voucher and it gave even more. We are not rich people so to take the kids on decent trips has been so cool as this site saves us 30++ % on fun activities. I don't think you should be rich to be a good parent and enjoy New Zealand. thanks so much. Also the help desk is new Zealanders.real Kiwis, choice!.

We contacted the merchant and were told to contact Bookme as we had purchased our tickets via a 3rd party operator when my step son became ill during our trip and our activities were no longer appropriate. Bookme were not helpful and told us they would not give a refund or exchange to another activity and we could only use the vouchers as a credit for another full price activity with the merchant at a future date. It was only after I told them we were returning home in a couple of days and criticised their poor customer service that they later offered a refund (minus a cancellation fee) or exchange vouchers for another activity.

I wanted to apply a discount code but could not find the option during checkout. It turns out it was a hyperlink in small text at the bottom of the page.

Eventually I just paid the full amount hoping to get the money back. In bookme's defence, they were quick to respond, but were of no further assistance.

Good way to get discounts, although I found the site a bit misleading the first time I used it as it wasn't clear that only certain times have discounted prices (others are full price which defeats the point).
